they sent this to me in an email, figured Id share

Dear spdirty,

Recently, we told you about how you can help protect the great game of poker by joining the Poker Players Alliance. Many of you took the message to heart, and we want to thank you for the tremendous response we've seen so far.

While thousands of you have already joined the PPA, the fact remains that we need to do more to help the PPA and its new Chairman, former three-term Senator Al D'Amato get poker the express exemption it deserves from the UIGEA. A long-term poker enthusiast, D'Amato knows that the first step toward change requires getting Congress to listen. That's why we need to help the PPA mobilize one million poker players in this fight, because a million voices can't be ignored on Capitol Hill.

Taking action takes just a few seconds and can earn you a special bonus of up to $1,200. Make a donation to the PPA by March 22nd and you can receive a bonus worth as much as twice your membership, and be entered into a Freeroll tournament where you can win one of 18 personalized Full Tilt Poker jerseys just like the ones our pros wear.

(couldnt copy/paste this so Ill just write it out.)

$1,200 bonus-for a $1,000 donation

$200 bonus-for a $100 donation

$100 bonus-for a $40 donation

$50 bonus-for a $20 donation

Freeroll-for your $0 donation to the PPA.

If you're already a PPA member, you can receive this special bonus and Freeroll entry by upgrading your current membership to a higher level. Signing up for a free PPA membership by March 22nd will also help the cause, and earn you an entry into our PPA Freeroll tournament.

Let Congress know that you value all of your rights, including your right to play the great game of poker. Join the PPA today and let your voice be heard.

Sincerely,

Full Tilt Poker

sounds like a way of getting into full tilt without depositing any money. I think is hould donate at least $50 and then try to win it back to cover the cost! Is it tax deductible? That might be a help in getting people to donate.
