Washington agrees
The Patriots and receiver Kelley Washington have agreed to terms on a contract today, Washington's agent said in an email.

Washington's agent, Chad Speck, Founder/President of Football Operations of Allegiant Management, LLC, noted the deal is for five years.

Speck included a comment from Washington in confirming the deal via email: “I am happy to be a part of such a great franchise and to have the opportunity to help them get back and win another Super Bowl. The privilege to play with arguably one of the best quarterbacks of all time, Tom Brady, and to be coached by someone like Bill Belichick is a blessing. I am very excited about contributing to the New England Patriots."

I wonder if they got the message that their receiver corps was sub-par last year...

I can't believe he has 893 total yards after 4 years.

they are loaded at wr now. But it makes you wonder if the think Chad Jacksons rehab not going that well. If that's the case then their first round pick from last year may be a bust.

This guy is a bigger bust than Lilly. Total waste of NFL space.

Well, had he not dropped 1 obvious TD and 1 possible TD they'd probably have gone to the Super Bowl and possibly even won it.

He was a 3rd round pick. Lilly was a total 1st round bust.

I just heard Adam Schefter on the radio saying that the Patriots would probably get Randy Moss as well.

That rumor is still flying around? I thought the Stallworth thing would put that to bed once and for all.

Now I'm scared....Schefter has been right an awful lot this offseason.
