Cards coach arrested for soliciting prostitution

An Arizona Cardinals coach was arrested Thursday after police said he solicited prostitution from an undercover police officer.
Phoenix police took Richie Anderson, 35, into custody about 9:30 p.m. during a "customer apprehension program" at the Pointe South Mountain Resort .
Anderson was booked into 4th Avenue Jail and released after posting bond just before 2 a.m. Friday, according to Lt. Paul Chagolla, a Maricopa County Sheriff's spokesman. advertisement
A wide receiver coach, Anderson was hired in January to be part of new coach Ken Whisenhunt's staff.
Cardinals spokesman Mark Dalton said Friday that the team was aware "of the situation with Anderson. We are in the process of gathering additional information and will comment further when we have done that."
Solicitation of prostitution is a class 1 misdemeanor and is punishable by up to six months in prison and a $2500 fine.
Anderson played 13 seasons in the NFL as a fullback with the Jets (1993-2002) and Cowboys (2003-2005).
His playing career ended after the 2005 season, and he immediately entered the coaching profession. He was the Jets assistant wide receivers and tight ends coach last season.
A native of Silver Spring, Md., Anderson played at Penn State.

I think Neagle has to be funnier. The Rockies paid him $10 million per season (for a flyball pitcher at Coors Field :nono:.) and this is who he paid for the privilege of relations with.

Ahem! I will have you know that Prostitution is illegal in Clark County Nevada (Las Vegas); however, I've heard that a female escort service, which is legal, comes with a 'stretch hummer'??? Anyone visit Vegas lately??? What happens in Vegas stays in this thread - I promise!

I just happened to be at the jail when they brought this guy in. I told the coach that all he had to do to get girls in phoenix is to offer to let them meet matt leinart and he would get all the tail he needed
