We have had two feet and blizzard conditions....here's the beef.
Clowns are slapping on a metallic sticker and then going into houses to "restore power"....not only do they pocket anything they can, they demand payment in advance, then just drive off laughing like hyenas. Makes me sick.
I guess there have been thousands of incidents here in the midwest.
