Draft picks left? Help

Ok, with all the activity, what picks do we still have going into the draft at this point?

Washington's 3rd
Detroit's 6th
Original 7th


We basically have crap on Day 2. That needs to be addressed. Its unnacceptable as it stands now.

Since we don't have a single player left from 03, I wouldn't be fretting all that much about the second day. We got a huge draft last year IMO, and we have 4 first day picks this year.

I don't care that much about the second day honestly. I'm sure Wash would be happy to trade for their 4th next year if your so worried about our lack of a 5th.

Time was, the second day had some good prospects there. If I remember right, there were a couple last year who can be strong contributors soon. Otherwise, it is the "impact" player draft, now, and most are thinking that the Broncos are not that far away from having a contending team. Again. So first day picks are magnified for Denver this year.

I do hope they are able to get a FA or two who will actually help them. Not all do. Getting Bly is good because he's a starter. Getting Bid Daddy is okay for backup. I just hope he's worth the oxygen he will use....

So far, this has been a wierd off-season. Seems like the wheels are a bit shaky.....

I am wondering if they will try to get some late picks for either Engelberger or Veal. Seems like Veal may not fit what Bates wants in a DT and Veal was kind of MIA last year anyway.
