pc and site slow question

I'm not complaing so please don't flame. I'm more curious if it's something on my end. Certain sites, specifically forums that are powered by vBulletin are slow.

Anybody got any ideas?

V Bulliten kidnaped the site, or Taco Sabotaged it. An investigation is ongoing. Personally, I think it was Jake Plummer who screwed us.

I just made this, thought it was awesome. Theres more traffic here now than on gamedays it seems.
