Foster, Bell, 5th round pick, Plummer

Not even 24 hours into the market and the Broncos seem to be out of trade bullets. 4 bullets fired, 1 above average CB in return.

How much cap space does Plummer's retirement give us?

Plummer and Foster were going to be cut most likely if they weren't dealt so I would call them blanks, one worked, one didn't.

Throw in the unfortunate happening with D-Will and D Nash and it hasn't been a good offseason that is for certain.

But in all honesty Plummer backing out and costing you that pick stinks but when you look at the big picture and what happen to Williams and Nash and it puts things in perspective. Getting jobbed out of a 4th round pick is pretty meaningless.

I like the trade. Why is everyone omitting the pick we get from Det?

Foster was gone so it is Bell for Bly and 15 spots in the draft. Win for the Broncos in my book 100%.

D-Will (we miss ya) was getting torched by the oppositions refusal to throw at Champ. Bly is gonna have a field day. They said Champ was sliding in performance when he came to Denver too.

I think you underestimate the power of Mike Shannahan, haha. Also, you never know what can happen w/the draft.

I wasn't expecting much in a trade with Plummer anyway, so while excited they got a good pick for him while it lasted, back to what I expected which was nothing.

How anyone can think the Lions trade was a no big deal one makes no sense to me. Foster was getting cut eventually if nothing else and Tatum wasn't long for this team either since would rather bounce everything outside and isn't tough between the tackles, which has to be the case in this system.

I'll say again, Darrent Williams did not have a good year last year. Him being killed doesn't change that fact. Bly is an improvement IMO. Nash was going to have a hard time making the team next year.
