Is this the guy that people say is one of the better ST coaches in the league? Get him and Chansi Stuckey in the draft and we'll be set.

no, he is a shanahan darling, so they will just find a different job/title for him.

It´s not like I´d shed a tear if Bradford was shown the door, but I think he should be fired before we start looking for a replacement. How would you feel if you read in the paper that your employer was interviewing people for your job?

As long as it doesn´t go the Dennison way ... Dennison sucked as a ST Coach and was promoted to O-Line Coach when Gibbs left? I mean WTF? Sends the wrong message when people who suck at their job get promoted, doesn´t it?

That might explain something.

Or he stole Travis McGriff´s pictures of Mike Shanahan doing indecent things.

i'm sure he is has been made aware that he will not be ST coach next year...shanahan has to have already told him he will be moved to a different spot

I remember the look I had when Denver picked McGriff in the third round and I remember he held out for a day of training camp because of his contract.

Talk about a waste.

Yeah, probably with Marcus Nash.

Nash actually is a quite decent player in Arena Football. Maybe John Avery is McGriff´s partner.

I am glad to see the Broncos doing something for Special teams but the question continues to arise. Why does this part of the Broncos game falter so often, so quickly and with regularity? I hope he is on board for more than a couple of years.

Apparently the Broncos organization was really upset with coaching last year.

That might be a question that Kaylore might answer. He was there during camp the past couple of seasons. I'd be interesred to know how much time the team spends on ST. Is it just an after thought or is it really a focus?

He was interviewed. He is a screamer, and I think there is some reluctance to hire him. He tends to get into players; faces with...ummmm.... unbridled intensity.

With Slowik getting promoted to DC that leaves the secondary coach position still open right? Bradford played in the secondary. I am just saying...

He will be VP in charge of Uniform Compliance and insure no one in the organization gets fined for a uniform infraction. Or he looks athletic enough to be the "GET BACK" coach.

He ran so fast his feet broke!

I really hope we sign this guy. If he can't fix our special teams, we should probably not even try. They've been atrocious two out of three years now. :drown: :bomb:

Agree, but it will take some new players on ST, too. Half the guys out there can't block or tackle to save their lives.

I was pissed when they didn't look at Rodriguez three seasons ago when he left Seattle. That about coincided with the "serious upgrade with Special Teams" talk that was going on but they didn't look at one of the best in the business.

Of course Rodriguez is also credited with developing kickers and Elam really didn't need much of that. Maybe they are considering going after Crosby....

Do you think we need to draft a return man this year. I mean although we haven't seen Hixon yet, he is fast, i mean the guy ran a 4.3 on a broken foot.
Hopefully he is healed and we don't need to waste a pick on a new return man and they can work on depth for the o-line, d-line and god i pray a stud RB.
Also, just an idea, but what about using Tatum as a return man ifShanny decides to keep him, although i pray he ships his worthless ass out.

Tatum has too much trouble with simple dump passes. No way I would use him on returns.

No one has seen Hixon except the coaches - so who knows. The fact that he is still on the payroll would seem to be encouraging.

There are a lot of people on the payroll, past and present, that dont deserve to be there. But i am definitely pulling for him...it would be great to get some breakaway speed on returns....get KRs out to the 25 before he is even touched, plus some.

I think the guy wanted to test the market to see if he could land a job above and beyond ST Coach. He's done that a long time and is well known for his success in that area. Like most people, he would like a promotion.
