Heroes. No question. For me, Heroes has been one of the most enjoyable shows in the history of my television watching. I don't remember looking forward to a show in anticipation from week to week since I was a kid waiting for the next Dukes of Hazard.

yea i never really got into either of those but Rome on HBO which just started back up after a year off is deffinatley my favorite show on right now. Nothing can beat HBO shows i mean cmon Rome, The Wire, Sopranos. as far as none HBO goes southpark and family guy are the only shows i really make an effort not to miss. I did like prison break the first season but missed almost all the second so iv got some catching up to do.

I've just gotten into 24, LOVE IT.
This is why I have a TIVO/DVR, I won't be able to watch either until Tuesday. Both shows are great.

If Jack Bauer were on heroes, they would not need all those other guys. NBC is absolutely stupid for trying to compete with it.

If i had seen the beginning Heroes would get the nod, but since i haven't im gonna say a mix of Wrestling, 24 and watch Rome when it goes onto OnDemand. Monday personified. The best show comes on tonight though, Battlestar Galactica baby! INDvNE better end EXACTLY on schedule or ill have to stay up till 1 AM.

I watch both as well. But, the anticipation in commercial breaks kills me. So, I will tape 24 and watch heroes. Right after Heroes is done, 24 will play. What a Monday night double feature!

I loved lost ... until about the halfway point of season 2. ever since ive just been annoyed at the pace the show is moving.
Heroes and Prison Break give you new questions, but also give you enough answers to keep your interest ... Lost simply isnīt rewarding as all the show does is raise yet more questions, but hardly ever gives an answer. The show is idle and I have the feeling that the writers just want to artificially stretch the show to get more seasons out of the show.

NBC is stupid for competing with crappy 24?
Thats why Heros had one of the largest opening audiences ever.
And most of the people responding have chosen heros over 24.

This is exactly my way of looking at it. I started watching 24 two seasons ago, so in between I rented all the previous seasons. I got used to the no commercial breaks. Thank God for the DVR. Looking forward to Heroes return as well.

Amen! Even though it's a remake, if you really stretch the definition of remake, it's the freshest and best thing on TV. You say Heros? I say X-Men, the series. 24? Just another shoot-em-up. For real entertainment, give me my BSG!

Heroes is amazingly similar to the X-Men story. I find it difficult to watch for that reason. I enjoy the show, but will not watch a lick of it while 24 is on.
Check the vote count bro. At time of posting it is an even dead heat at 26 a piece.

I've actually heard a lot of good things about Battlestar Galactica. My wife and I like a good space drama (we both loved DS9). Maybe have to check it out. We're still trying to get through Firefly.

I don't watch either show. Tried Heros a few times but usually drift off. Don't know why but Kiefer Sutherland just isn't anyone I've ever cared for, never have liked him in anything he's done. Everyone says this is different, but, nope, still don't like him.
Did anyone else watch Dexter this past season? I think that's about the only new show I caught every episode.

24 hands down. I am a comic book/sci fi fan and I just can't get into Hero's. One of the writers of the show is a comic book writer named Jeph Loeb who's books are notoriously slow paced taking a year to tell a 3 issues story, every time I watch Heros I can see his fingerprints all over it. Not alot has happened they still haven't all met up to do anything "heroic" and now they have the catchphrase for every story arch "Save the Cheerleader...Are you on the list?" I've heard it to much it's lame...besides how did saving the cheerleader from getting her brain eaten save the world?? Jack Bauer saves the world every day.
4 episodes into 24 and we already have a cast member shot and killed and a nuclear detonation in LA. Half a season of Heros has given us a depowered Asian, two guys falling from some bleachers and a bi-polar chick shooting her husband. But I am glad that so many people are getting into a comic book-ish show, too bad as fast and popular they get they usually die out just as fast with most of the mainstream auidence.

2. I like "Heroes", but I've been watching "24" since season one so I have to go with "24". This is shaping up to be the best season yet of "24".

Add to that that 24 is so damn addictive. I remember last year when my wife and I first got into it I bought day 1 and we sarted watching it at about 5pm, went to bed at 3am, got up at 8am, then watched till like 6,7 pm.
My wife refuses to watch this season because she doesnt want to deal with the torture of having to wait a week to find out what happens next. Just wants to wait for dvd so she can enjoy another marathon session.
