What becomes of Plummer?

Obviously we wil shop him an listen to trade offers but teams know we will cut him if nothing develops. Do you think teams gamble and wait till he's a free agent and sign him under new terms or is there a team that wants the guarantee that Plummer will be theirs, thus a sign and trade deal. Not even sure what we could get for him. He does play QB so it's not like we're shopping some nickel back or something. I'm hoping we can land a 3rd round pick for him.

Likely the best we can do is similiar to what Miami gave Detroit last year for Harrington - a 6th this year that became a 5th due to playing time.

Then you have to weigh if it's worth it to take the cap hit.
