Both should be entertaining games, just wanted to see which way everyone is leaning in both games ATS.

New Orleans and Indy. I just hope Manning gets his damn ring so we don't have to hear about him year after year after year anymore...dman

I'm with Hotrod on this. Bears and the Patriots win, setting up a rematch of the 1986 game. I also took the under on both games. I think defense will win the day on both games...

I don't understand the whole over/under thing. I'm hoping for Dolts/Saints.

Over/Under is selecting the total points scored in the game. If the line is 47.5 and you select over then both teams need to combine for 48 or more points to win.

Saints +3 Over ( I still think the Bears win.)
Colts -3 Under

New Orleans had a catastrophe. They will win the SB, beating a highpowered, dynamic colts attack...its eerily similar to the 2001 Patriots Rams superbowl.

I still don't get it but that's ok. I am missing a chromosome, I think. Or have an extra one. Or something. Thanks for explaining, though.
Indy & Saints for me.

Nappy, where does your affinity for the Colts come from? If I remember correctly you're an IU guy right?

Ok here it goes like this lets say the Vegas Line Over/Under is 48
Now lets say the final score of the game is:
Saints 24
Bears 21
That adds up to 45 (21+24=45) so if you bet the Saints and the UNDER you would win. If you bet the Saints and the OVER you would lose because the total score did not go over 48.

Of course not... rooting for a division rival team would just be wrong. LOL But I think Naptown's rooting for the "hometown favorite" now that his Chefs completed their predictable playoff choke.

I was leaning towards the Saints but Chicago is suppose have a snow storm and wind during the game so I'll take the Bears and give the 3 now.
