I know that this belongs on another thread, but wanted all CU and supporters of education to see it.

Hank Brown will be leaving his interim job as President of CU in February of 2008. I know many will have trouble with his politics, but he has done an amazing job of straightening out the problems at CU, not only in athletics, but in academics and the stature of the school in the business and the private sector. Under Betsy "it's a term of endearment" Hoffamn CU had lost most of its credibility in the real world. Thanks Hank - Enjoy your retirement. I hope CU has learned from his tenure, the kind of person that needs to be hired as your replacement.

He screwed over UNC when he left and we've never recovered. Hank Brown needs to get out of the president of a university game.

Having said that if he came back to UNC I'd welcome him with open arms.
