Cut a still picture from a Media Center recording?
I caught my buddy crying as his Buckeyes were getting slaughtered in the first half. I thought I would send it to him with my "codolences".

Well is it a computer program(im not familiar with media center recording)
If it is you can use the print screen option. Just play the movie and pause it where your buddie is shown crying. Then just hit print screen, and paste it into something like photoshop.

You usually can't take a screenshot of Video. Some DVD Player programs like WinDVD or PowerDVD will have a screen capture button on the player.
If you don't have anything like that, let me know when in the game it was and I will take a screen capture for you. I have the game on DVD.

Close, it should be press ALT- Print screen(press at the same time), then paste into what ever.

You can extract frames from a video using a program called VCD cutter...by a company called jiao. You'll have to find it yourself though. I think you can use it for free for a period of time.
I've used it before, and it's very easy/straight forward.

I'm sure it wouldn't be much different if it was the other way around.
What are the chance to get a shot of him, the score, and the total domination in yards gained?
I'm giddy.
