Classic dude!! My son and I are watching the Colts Chiefs game in my basement and I am about to put my White Sox World Series Champs shirt on my wall.

Thanks.

But what is up with losing both Garcia and McCarthy?? I am stunned on the McCarthy deal.

Back at ya Daddy!!

Thanks for the "Bern baby Bern" view. I have the blue version of the early 80's Blues jersey hanging in my basement as well.

And whenever I whip my Son's ass at NHL '07, I put the Blues in that gorgeous early 80's sweater. The only way to play.

Thanks B.

B-love is my dad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meck thanks for the bus party last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meck, my son Colin did actually type that to you. I didn't even know he knew how to do it.

One of the bad parts of the Broncos losing to the Niners is the fact that Denver won't be coming east to play the Jets next year now.

Miami Mike still asks for you. I'm going to his place to watch the BCS game Monday.

Classic image. Is that for real?? Maybe she and I could get together..........

The child actor isn't doing it for me, but when I was in High School, I used to make a big deal about Malcolm Young, from AC/DC, sharing my birthday.

When I'd get s-faced, I used to pretend I was Angus, but having Malcolm's birthday ruled. Being 17 was great!!

Now I'm Billy Van Heusen. Or am I San Brandon.

**** it, this year I'm Jackie Robinson!!!!!!!!

For some reason, I think she might have only cut the one album.

The Danny Pintauro reference might have been a little tongue in cheek.......:)

Dude your gamebook link still pays dividends for me. I never would have perused the inner bowels of Denver Broncos.com enough to find that things, as they make it kind of transparent if you just "surface visit".

Thanks for that link a year or so ago, it's been great fun perusing over the past year!!

Youth facemask?! LOL ROFL!

Actually, I wondered the same thing ... but after much consideration, I decided it's #19 ... making him the infamous "Doctor Peekaboo," aka Mr. Joey Heatherton. For you youngsters, Joey is a GIRL'S name, and she was mighty fine cooing sweet nothings in her negligee on that bed - in PRIMETIME! You guys missed a lot in the 70s...

BTW BLove ... I doctored the colors just a bit .... the green on Shaun Alexander, the tangerine on Selmon's sock, and the red on Warren Moon's helmet and socks. Still - those shots make today's NFL uniforms look putrid.

Sorry I missed the big Day!

Hope it was a happy one. Didn't know you were also a White Sox Fan Also!

You truly ROCK!

Buff, have some fun with this. It's the old classic AFL-NFL Color by Number.

I used to gte these every year as a kid, and they were cool as hell.

I did a few and saved the files in Paintbrush, so I could alter some colors.

Put the Broncos in the awesome Red Orange pants and the Bengals in the Black simple jersey.

Have fun!

FUN!

We had similar childhoods I think ... I spent lots of time drawing football pictures, mostly AFL. My favorite new thing then was a 12-color felt-tip pen set. My buddy Ricky Edwards and I sat around in the early-70s drawing football pics all the time.

I'll get it back to you! (Might be a couppla days though)

For others who love the old school colorful unis, check out the rest of the Color By Number files available to fill in.

I did the Chief Charger one with the Chiefs in the red pants and the Chargers in the powder blue with yellow pants, and it came out so good I have it hanging in my basement.

The AFL/early NFL merger uniforms rocked!!!!

Checked on Google Images, and I was right:

I guess this qualifies as a "viral thread hijack" of your birthday thread, though .... sorry B.

Good call on Lance. Homeboy had some issues huh?? I guess those 90 degree photos of Joey didn't have much of an impression on him.

If I would have thought it was 19 I would have known because I can totally see that face in his Rams uni. I don't remember Rentzel ever wearing the famous "bad luck blues" of the Cowboys. Rentzel didn't catch em from Staubach, I think he only caught em from Craig Morton.

Nice job!

B ... of all those unis in the collage there ... the one that strikes me most - even more than Buccaneer tangerine ....

even more that the powder blue Bolts and Oilers ....

and yes, even more than the royal blue and yellow Rams

(though all three are gorgeous) - are those old Patriot unis. Take another look. Now THOSE are beauties!
