Watching the funeral I am reminded of why I love the Broncos, and also why they are the best. This team is one the last in professional sports that is about the whole, not the individuals. Rod Smith, John Lynch, Keith Burns, Al Wilson are exactly what i would want my children to model themselves after. To have talk about Rod retiring or letting keith go are sad and stupid. Our team is built by class and hard work. I would rather have a slower rod than a selfish star. After these guys are gone, we will then realize what they meant to our team. Hopefully the younger guys will pay attention and follow what these great players started. From the top down the Broncos are the class team of the NFL. Win or lose I would have it no other way. This will honor D-Will, and I believe it will be in the form of a super bowl trophy. Our veterans deserve it, D-will deserves it. I pray for D-will's family and give thanks that the TEAM I love is a respectfull, classy, and part of my life.

Couldn't agree more with everything you guys have said. I adore John Lynch, especially. After today, though, every one of them connected with this organization is tied at a close second to Lynch.

It just reaffirms that this organisation is pure class from top to bottom.

Everyone that stood up and spoke today deserves everyones respect - it took heart and a lot of guts to stand up there. That was one of the classiest send offs i've ever seen.

Good night D-Will.

God bless.

i wish i could have seen the funeral. I'm sure it will be on youtube in not too long, although i'm going to feel weird watching it on there.

Appreciation of life is something we all need to hear and feel.

I hope DW's death serves a reminder for everyone.

Denver Broncos is the true meaning of the meaning of team. That is one of the many reasons I am such a fanatic fan. They are a family in the true meaning of the word, that is why I have been so saddened by the death of D Will, it felt like a personal loss to me, like I lost a family member. I am so proud to call myself a Bronco fan. And in ending, Rest In Peace #27 DWill, you will be missed and always remembered.

I've always had a deep respect for John Lynch...just the way he carries himself, the way he plays, the way he talks, the way he cares for his family....but watching the funeral brought that respect to a whole another level.

Denver is a fine franchise.

I pretty much teared out watcing the feed and ready to just want the perps.

I don't think I will find closure till they find the killers(s). I never studder to myself....

I keep asking myself why I'm so emotionally involved. I'm not going to make some lame ass list. I think we all know why we wre touched.
