Plates Certificate?

I noticed on the Bronco's own message board, a few received theirs late in December (28th, 29th).

I'm chompin' at the bit. Running to the damn mailbox everyday like a schoolgirl waiting on a Valentine. I'm so embarrassed.

It's just an unexpected...or rather unplanned expense in my budget. In Virginia, the car tax is all but eliminated. At most , you pay 150-200 beans for the year. I have been told I'll pay about 1 grand on my prumary vehicle, which is complete bull****.
