Damn, I still can't believe what happened to Darrent Williams. Truly a tragic and completely unnecessary loss of a human life, and my thoughts and prayers go out to the Bronco Nation- by all accounts Darrent was trying to be a good parent and role model after a hard upbringing and guys like that will ALWAYS be missed. :pity:

Thank you to you and to all of the fans of other teams who've stopped by this morning to offer prayers and condolences to the family and loved ones of Darrent Williams. The show of support has been tremendous.

Hey, we can be rivals some other time, but this is just horrible. It's hard to understand why these things happen, and in many cases they can't be explained.

I pray for him and his family to make it through this with as few scars as possible.

I know Bronco Nation is hurting, we all are, this goes way beyond football.

God bless.

I'm very sad to here about Darrent. It's a shame that crap like this happens. He was a very talented young player. I pray for his family and friends.

Other football fans have been very classy (which is more than I can say for a few of our own!) It's good to know that after all is said and done it's just a game...and there are more important things in life than football...

I've kinda been surfing boards all morning. D-Will has been the subject of discussion on nearly every fanboard I have been to and they all are saddened as we are. Even raiderfans.net is being classy. I never realized how respected Darrent was around the league.

Ahhh. I personally didnt know much about his private life but i dont think now is the time to start criticizing that. Not too mention it doesnt give the ok to shoot and kill someone because they like to party.
