Props for the backups.
Watched the Arizona game again last night and I have to give some big props to our backup players in this game - especially on defense. These guys really stepped up and contributed. They helped stall several key Arizona drives that really took the pressure off the offense.
Paymah made some really good plays in the second half - he had a good game with open field tackling against the run.
Foxworth had a great game, back in his "regular" spot.
Cox was visible again, and he plays very fast - always looking for the big hit.
Backup safety Cargile had 4 tackles on Special Teams.
Quincy Morgan is the dude. You actually get the feeling he could break us a big one before the season is through.
Just thought i would give some peeps to the backups, they really have come through at a time when we needed them. Some of these guys will push the starters for jobs next year.
This next game will be a huge test to see where our team really is.
