This is what I like about this team. Old school. The coach is the coach. I certainly don't like some of his decisions (personel, game plan, etc), but he is the head here and everyone knows it. Even the team leaders, big money guys know not to start a war with shanny (see NY Giants). It's actually refreshing to see in today's "inmates running the asylum" sports world. Play or hit the road. A coach having the real authority to be the coach. That kind of stuff makes me proud to be a Bronco fan.
