Our DLine put massive pressure on Leinart yesterday. Although he fled the pocket a lot, it forced him to play under pressure. That's what a successful defense does, put pressure on the QB. Our defense gave up 13 points against Arizona.
If the DLine can get that much pressure with just 4 players every time, we'll be very effective. But if there is no pressure, and the QB is playing cool, we are playing against the odds.
So if we can't get pressure we need to blitz these upcoming games.
Especially against Cinci...if Palmer gets time back there we are doomed. We HAVE to blitz.
