We need to blow up the team because none of it is working!" and every time we win a game suddenly the whole team is all-world and we're going to the Super Bowl. This team has holes but it has a lot of strong points. One good win will swing things back into the positive section.

I agree, one thing i was thinking about today was even though we arent where we really want to be record wise there is some upside. In our losses we arent getting blown out. All of our losses were games that we " could " have won. So, there is something to be happy about for the future.
