I know our board is infested with Chief fans after this loss. They have invaded every thread and are ripping on every aspect of our team in an attempt to crush our spirits and get sick pleasure out of their lame, miserable lives.
The weaker of us have succumbed to this and gone on whining rants with the usual "our team sucks" threads that are neither insightful nor true.
The rest of us need to understand what they are trying to do. They are pitiful people with nothing better to do than kick people who are down. They also are scared of us and know that we can still take this thing from them.
We have a lot of talent on this team and will be seeing the dawn of a new era in Broncos football. We have a long period to rest and regroup, and most of all we are 7-4 and that's not bad considering how hard our schedule was and the number of guys we have injuries.
I recommend everyone ignore the Chief trolls and we all rally around our team. I think we've seen the worst of things and while it won't be prettiest football this last stretch, at least we'll finally get to see our first round pick in live action. I have a feeling we'll be witnessing the career of a star and it all begins at home next weekend.
In time you won't see us wasting timeouts all the time because our QB has his head up ass.
In time you will see a QB audible at the line.
You will see a player that can drop back and throw the ball from the pocket with a beautiful spiral. You will see our receivers catch beautiful deep spiraling passes that are on time, in stride and scare defenses across the NFL.
Gone are the days of a five yard slant resulting in incompletions or watching our receivers twist in vain to try and knock the ball away from the defender's grasp. You will see short passes on time resulting in yards after the catch for big gains. The safeties will back up, but it won't matter because the seams will be pierced. As a result the run will begins gauge opponents and there will be little that anyone can do to stop us.
It won't happen immediately, but it will happen.
Stay strong, Bronco Nation.
Shrug off the Chief trolls. Shrug off the loses and look forward to the dawn of a new era!

I sat next to a good KC fan yesterday (oxymoron) and he said he was excited this year because KC hasn't won a playoff game in over10 years and was just hoping that they made the playoffs. Let these jackoffs talk and talk and talk only to watch team lose a bad game down the strecth and they will be ready to blow the whole thing up.

yah we're still good. we lost either our best or second best offensive player in lepsis, but still. we just need a qb who can deliver from the pocket, and THEN we can reasses the rest. its too hard to get a picture of anything w/o a basic function of ur offense working.

Great post Kaylore. This is alot like the SD game when after the loss, all these people who had been on the forums for years but never posted decided to come out and thump their virtual chests over the win. You can't win them all, especially in the NFL, so we might as well get used to it and stop all the doom and gloom as well as accept the trolls that come along with it.
At the end of the day, we know who the better team is and so do they. They are going to come over here and shoot their mouths off after every win over us because it's really all they have.
Let's not give them the satisfaction of letting them think they are getting to us. Let's all hold our heads up high and stay classy while the cockroaches enjoy the morsels at the bottom of the food chain.

These clowns don't bother me. I find them ammusing in a bizzarre kind of way. Just take the long view and remind them that they follow an organization that is legendary for failure and the last time they won squat Nixon was popular, Namath could still walk normally and Lombardi was a coach not a trophy.
They're the Cub fans of the NFL...torment 'em a bit if you want to and move on. There will be hell to pay for the next 12-15 years at the hands of Cutler so let 'em squeal over a single game if they want to.
We all know where they're spending January again this year...with their noses once again pressed to the window looking in and wondering what it's like to be a real team.

Don't blame us, blame the lack of talent that Scamafan is fielding.. Perhaps he has pink-eye in that one good eye of his. Either way, perhaps a laying-on of hands (and some lotion [to help with the on-field burns they suffered]) could bring them back to the classless level of football players we had always known them to be..

Enjoy it while you can, inbreds. Your team is old and getting older. Your MVP is in his prime, but there is a time bomb ticking in his knees. Your GM is still Carl Peterson - nothing else needs to be said there. Your starting QB is a scramble away from retirement. Enjoy it while you can.

It's like your trying to let the rif-raff that can't pay to get in, some level of play-by-play of what's happening inside the stadium. It's either that, or you're trying to let Scamafan know what's happening in case his one "working" eye missed it. If that's the case, I guess your just being nice to an old washed-up goof-ball coach!

Granted that you beat us in your house by the slimmest of margins, against our backup QB no less, it was clear that the Chiefs were the better football team. Were roles reversed I'd admit the same. Are you kidding me? Did you watch the game? This is why female football fans of any team are infuriating to talk to. They are all homers. That includes female Chiefs fans.
The Chiefs are a better football team. That's why they won. That's why we lined up and dared you to stop Larry Johnson. You couldn't. Your red zone defense kept it close, to their credit, but the Chiefs were clearly the better football team.

In all honesty, I don't mind the Sqaw fans coming in here and stirring the nest some. To me, that makes the boards even more fun. If somebody is letting anything posted to a message board "get them down" they have some issues they need to get over. It's all in good fun anyway. Let them rip away, their team won. And no matter what you say about us, we just beat you, so it just doesn't matter! "in-com-plete" - if that's not the dumbest think any group of fans ever came up with as a taunt, I don't know what it.

LMAO at Chef fan. They remind me so much of Egirl fan. Win a few in a row and they are bar none, the best team in the history of the NFL. Lose a few in a row, they suck and shouldn't ever step back on the field. Interesting how I never heard of half of these dimbwit KC "Fans" until this week. Also interesting is how the one's that I have heard of havent showed up here in a long long time (since we lost to them last season).
Bob is just a regular bozo who fits all the sterotypes. When the Chefs were losing, he wasn't shy about how much they sucked. Now, all of a sudden, they are world beaters with a defense that rivals the '85 Bears.
Look, bottom line, the Chefs were a better team on Thanksgiving. No sense in even arguing that point with these KC "Fans". Much like the Broncos beat the Chefs with their backup QB, they beat us with our backup QB, 3rd string SS, 3rd string RT and LT, 2nd string RB, and 2nd and 3rd string DE's. It's even right? Right?
Whatever. Neither team has much chance at winning the Lombardi this season. If you sit and analyze, I think we are 2 to 3 steps ahead of the Chefs in our plan to return to the super bowl.
It's all speculation, but the consensus is that we clearly have the more promising young QB. Cutler vs Croyle. I think we are a step ahead in the O-Line as well. They are on very old (or steriod filled) legs while we have a good, young corps with hamilton, Carlisle, and Lepsis. Nalen is getting older but he probably has 3 years left. Our RT spot could be an issue. WR we are clearly better, while their RB as a man is better. However, i think we proved that our RB's go as our O-Line goes. The injuries this season have hurt our Running game. With that said, I think it's time we look to draft that "stud" RB we stay away from.
Our D-Line is a wreck when it comes to rushing the passer. they do a good job taking on the opposing O-Line in the run game and that allows our LB's to get through the gaps to take down the RB.
LB's and secondary, it's not even close.
Our issue was QB and we are now taking steps to eleviate that issue. The next step is figuring out the D-Line, more specifically the pass rush.
I like our future and you have to think that KC "Fan" knows our future is much brighter.

When the Chiefs are having a bad season, they're tough to beat at Arrowhead. When they're having a good season, they're unbeatable. With the scent of barbecue in the air and a sea of red in the stands, Kansas City is the best football atmosphere in the country. I'm really bored right now, but, even with that said, I am not gonna sit here and argue about the decible's omitted at every stadium in the NFL and who has the loudest.
Quote SI. That's fine. It's also SI's "Opinion". I choose to take the "Opinion" of players and coaches around the league who were asked what stadium is the loudest you've ever been in. To a man, they all said it was Seattle.
I'll take the player and coaches opinions over some fat dude writing for SI. Argue with my take, cuss at my take and quote my take all you want. I'm done talking about something so trivial as which stadium is the loudest.
edit: I just opened your link and it has absolutely zero to do with crowd noise. That's what I was referring to in my quote. Sorry pal.

Heck, Seattle's stadium seats 72,000. Arrowhead easily has the advantage with approximately 7,000 more people in the stands. I'd bet KC's stadium is louder.

Good old Boob. I'll entertain you. It's tough to quote the radio. I hear it from interviews (roughly 35-50 player/coaches around the entire league every day) on sirius satelitte radio. I listen from roughly 11 am EST to 8 PM every weekday.
Everytime the question is posed, 90% of the time the answer for "which stadium is the loudest stadium in the league" the answer is Seattle.
If you'd like to do you own research, go to sirius' website and click on the NFL radio link and email all the hosts. Ask them what stadium is mentioned most when you ask which is the loudest stadium. Here are some of the hosts names... Carl Banks, Bob Papa, Pat Kirwin, Tim Ryan, Adam Schein, Solomon Wilcots, Tiki and Ronde Barber, just to name a few.
Or, a better idea for Chef fan would be to save all their money the tooth fairey has left them when they lost their grown up teeth and purchase the sirius service. :~ohyah!:

Not at all. I thought a belt buckle for a trucker was like chickenlights, it's all a part of the complex culture of the trucker. Just like the darth vader mask of a Raider fan.
I don't claim to understand it all. I was merely commenting on the similarities between the two.

I am a lot of things, and I try to be a lot of others, internet tuff guy isn't one. look at ALL my 40 something posts here, they have all been respectfull and will remain so. I will also not attempt to assume that an opposing fan is a jerk. Never. I have several friends that are Bronco fans and one that is even a Jets fan!

Yes. It's OK. The Chiefs probably would have swept Denver this year if Green had played in the first game. Anyway, I'm not sure being better than Denver is that great of an accomplishment. We want to be better than San Diego right now.
Kaylore basically calls you Chef fans idiots and look who shows up on cue......

You folks just don't get it. We have a defense this year.
What you don't get you freaking little cockroach is you haven't done a damn thing yet ? Brag, brag, brag...........36 years and counting.

Uh, that's kind of the point. They DIDN'T do their job. The Chiefs PREVENTED them from doing it. Hello? Give the Chiefs some credit...or be the typical female homer...your choice.
Here is all the credit I'll give the Chefs ( you get none).
2 points credit, they won by two. The other seven came on a INT and several Raideresk penalties that led to a score versus a FG. You did beat us barely in your house.......brag...brag...brag.....before you have done a thing....in the last thirty plus years ? You are so proud of your boys in RED, they have been so good for sooooo long....they have won so many trophies.

Dude your smack is lame, and I'm being generous.
Just a tip for you...smack is much more effective when it has a hint of truth to it.

Embarrassed about an airport? KCI doesn't hold a candle to DIA - and I've been to BOTH MANY times. All of the eateries are OUTSIDE of security at KCI, so if you're hungry you have to drag all of your crap outside of security and go back through it - again ... now that's stupid ...
OK fat-butt, is it always about eating with you folks! Can't you afford to eat in the air? And sitting there watching a bunch of people eat and spill their drinks while you're waiting on a flight is just sick, so I think I like it the way it is.

Does the fact the our pot-holes have tidal charts mean anything? One nice thing, they're starting to fix them!! But ya got us there, our pot-holes are world renouned, but I prefer to thing of us a more of a "land with a 2000 lakes" instead of simply being riddled with pot-holes!

That's pretty weak smack after a week where we kicked you butt, and put your statistically "best" QB ever out to pasture. But keep digging the hole deeper, sooner than later you'll just be tossing the dirt on top of your own head...
