Yes. You know it's true. In the off season, all you guys and gals could talk about were the Chiefs. During the season, at any given time you might find no less than 6 or 7 threads on the front page about the Chiefs. When Broncos are gearing up for other opponents, what are the Broncos fans talking about?
That's right....the Kansas City Chiefs.
Well the game of the year is upon you. This game is the closest you will get this season to a Superbowl atmosphere. I can see Jake the fake warming up his throwing arm (the left one) getting himself ready for his last start as a Donko.
What better place to play it than Arrowhead stadium. In a year when the Chiefs are down with injuries and not at full strength, it gives Bronco fans hope of actually winning the game in a stadium where the the Broncos don't win. It's become common knowledge that the Broncos are fast becoming a team that struggles more to win at home than on the road. What does that say about the fans? Well, it says that Jake "the bird" Plummer is choking on his own destiny. The 12th man has quit on him and he would likely rather play on the road then to be cheered by a fan base that has returned the grand gesture that he so eloquently flashed for the fans last year.
This is make or break for the Donks. If you can't beat a KC team who's "window has closed", you don't stand much of a chance the rest of the way. Especially in the post season
I would wish you luck, but I know it's luck that has brought you this far. Just look at your record.
No....no well wishes from me. Just a hearty adios to Jake the fake, and a big thank you from the Chiefs.

Mike shanahan is the reason this team is 7-3 not luck. If you think luck alone wins a team 7 games than you obvously have a diminished sense of football knowledge.
Oh and i look forward to the day jakes is on the bench as well.

Well you folks thought that luck won us 9 games a couple years back. So.....
But, I don't think it's luck that won you 7 games. Just 2 or 3 of them.

That sure as hell implies luck as the reason for our 7 wins. And i dont ever think luck wins a team 5 or 6 games never mind 9.

It's not quite the Super Bowl, but is a VERY important game for the Broncos' post-season hopes.

I know it's a rivalry game and all that, but the playoffs are a bit more important than this one game.

Uh huh. Unless the Chiefs game is the most important game of the season for you, you will have difficulty fiiting in as a Donk fan here. You may want to consider going back to the Falcons. After all, they haven't put Cutler in yet. And after all...isn't that why you're here?

I am starting a revolt. I had to take one for the team.

Congrads on your first Super bowl since Jan. 11, 1970. Loser.
If you want to discuss "who is obsessed with whom", you being here pretty much sorts that one out.
Have a great day. Enjoy your Thanksgiving under the bridge.

Its not either teams superbowl. Over the past few years this game has been played a little later in the year when the chiefs were clearly out of the playoff off picture and had nothing left to play for. It was durring those years that this game was the chiefs superbowl. It gave them something to carry into the offseason. "Well we didn't make the playoffs again, but we did beat the donks in arrowhead whooo hooo go chiefs". And let the record show your team was lucky when it won 9 straight that year.

This guy thinks a little too highly about his pathetic Chiefs. I'm still pissed about the Chargers loss. I haven't given much thought to the Chiefs.
I think we have a great chance to beat KC and get the sweep.
Just remember, I've called this for weeks but we are in the midst of our roughest transition right now. We've been playing handicapped for weeks.
It won't continue to be like this. Cutler will be playing soon enough. Reign of terror will ensue.

When your a model organization every week is the Super Bowl because teams measure themselves against you. It's kinda like the worst team in high school being everyone's home coming foe.

This is much more make-or-break for Plummer than it is for the Broncos.
