for each of the wins this season my 17 mo old son has worn his Jake Plummer jersey. However, he did not wear it against the Rams and Colts.

My wife and I swore he would be wearing it the rest of the season and he was last night.... until he puked on it (he's been sick).

He took that jersey off shortly after the pick for a td. You know what bappened after that.

lol I know the feeling. Last home game I was at was the raider game. We've been losing since. It's all my fault not Jakes! Well maybe it's the fact that we are scoring less points than our oppenents. hmm

When is the last time we lost back to back home games?

I did not wear my Lynch Jersey and my Bronco boxers. It was my fault.

A sure winner is to have the significant other put on garters and a jersey only. It's remarkable how it works to ease the pain anyway....

Not you Bob.

Hope your critter is doing better.

Outside of that, pretty funny. I also screwed up this weekend. I may as well admit it now. I forgot to make sure Ava had her Broncos uni on. (She was napping at start of game.)

I also forgot to hang my Broncos flag out front until mid-day... also a potential mojo-killer.

I figured the power of me wearing the same, unwashed jersey as last week would trump the potential slip-up with hers/the flag. How wrong I was.

It won't happen again!

Thanks man. He has had a could and apparently some stomach problems, but he looks as though he is on the rebound.

Maybe I just need to get him a tattoo of the team.

I think it is my fault. I'm 0-3 in games played in Denver. Last time I flew out we lost to the Faiders on MNF (2002). The time before that was a loss to San Diego, when Elway lost the ball at the goal line (1994). Amazing stat: the Broncos have lost 3 games at home to the Chargers since 1987. I've been at 2 of them.

But I am 2-0 in away games. Atlanta (1997) and Jacksonville (2005).

All I know is that I went to the same local bar I've been frequenting for most of the Broncos night games in the past couple of years. This was the first time the Broncos lost when I went to this particular drinking establishment to watch the game...ugh!~

I wore my Jake jersey on Sunday, had the usual snacks, a few beers, maybe a few more after that, the same I have been doing all year. None of it worked this time. The funny part is I have an authentic Champ Bailey and the Jake is a pretty cheap replica but it has seemed to bring luck anyway. After Jake threw that pick I took it off, I will support Jake as long as he is under center but I think it's time for a mercy killing.

Actually it's my fault. Every QB I start in my fantasy league will fail miserably that week. This week I had Romo, Plummer and Bulger and I started Plummer. I also started Peyton Manning and look how that went. Last week I started Bulger and he choked it up for me. For perspective I've had Brooks and Green as my QB's as well. It's pretty much a slam-dunk that I will jinx whoever is in my lineup.
