Gold, Ekuban look OK to play Sunday
http://www.denverpost.com/broncos/ci_4683156
"Broncos starting linebacker Ian Gold, starting defensive end Ebenezer Ekuban and backup defensive end and special-teams player Patrick Chukwurah all missed the game against Oakland with leg injuries, and all spent the majority of workouts Wednesday and Thursday watching from the side. "

Good news on the Ekuban and Predator front... As for Ian, not sure if i'm comfortable with an undersized linebacker, slowed by a leg injury starting. Let's hope for the best.

Shanahan and his coaching staff were to spend a couple of hours today and Sunday morning breaking down film on the Chiefs and coming up with a preliminary game plan.
Don't like the sound of that. Good news on Predator, Gold and EE though.
Man what an incredibly tough two game afcwest strecth.

Then this from the RMN
"INJURY REPORT: Defensive end Ebenezer Ekuban (right thigh), linebacker Ian Gold (right hamstring) and linebacker Patrick Chukwurah (right hamstring) participated in practice but did not take a full load of plays.
Ekuban has expressed doubt he would be able to play against the Chargers. Shanahan said he believed Gold would be ready to play "unless he has some kind of setback (today) after what he did in practice."

Regardless of if these three are available to play none of them should start unless they are full go. Rotate them in specific situations to keep them fresh and healthy.

We absolutely need Gold this Sunday. LT is the Chargedown's best WR, and Gates is #2. Gold is the player to help on one of those guys on every play.
