View Full Version : Carville on Dean
"I would describe his leadership as Rumsfeldian in its competence."
-- James Carville, quoted by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, on DNC Chairman Howard Dean. Carville "likened the Democratic takeover of Congress to the civil war battle at Gettysburg, which the Union army won but failed to pursue the Confederate army when it retreated."

I think the democrats worry, as they do with Kerry, what dumb thing is he going to say or do next that will offend people?

Wow - great story. I had no idea the DNC wasn't spending all the dough it had ... that's a shame.
Darcy Burner needed that cash here ... Tammy Duckworth needed it in Chicago ... and whoever lost to that stupid Musgrave woman in northern Colorado couldda used it, too.

It's not my district, but Marilyn Musgrave is a crook (a complete Bush butt kisser), and the other choice wasn't a choice neither IMO. Another one of those damned if you do and damned if you don't votes.

Barry likes to play the victims role , oh poor me says Barry he clearly is in need of abuse , and steve doesnt believe the crap he spews , he just likes to stir the pot , He loves the way I answer , just a game , play along for the laughs .......... and W*Gs in an anarchist , and W*GS believes his fellow man would never steal , commit murder , or any other bad deed ...... and he hates clinton with a passion , because Clinton got a hummer , and W*GS cant get one without giving out his credit card # first .........

I really don't know enough on the subject of what Dean has done. But I do know that as creepy as Carville might be he is a great Democrat. So without really knowing what's going on I am leaning towards what Carville has said as true.

How can you say the incumbent was a "crook" but the challenger wasn't any better? Excuse me but if the incumbent is a "crook" I'm not voting for that person. The only reason you probably thought bad about the challenger was because you listened to the negative ads from the incumbent.

Nah, considering who it is, he probably didn't get the prize he wanted out of his Trix box or tried something new, and tried to dress himself and it didn't go well.
