I haven't missed a game all year.

That insipid monopoly NFL Channel is going to rape me on thanksgiving. The NFL shouldn't be allowed to run it's own games...it's a clear anti-trust violation. It's not even on digital cable for me. They probably think it's worth a kings ransom.

It's completely as anti-trust as the Exxon/Mobile merger. Those companies were broken apart. What is to stop the NFL from broadcasting all their own games now? This is a complete violation of anti-trust laws.

Channel 93 for all you DirecTv subscribers for the HD feed.

That's another monopoly BTW.

Direct TV is a complete monopoly on Sunday Ticket and an anti-trust violation. I can't get local CBS on Direct TV. Local Channels won't allow it because they say I can get it locally, AS LONG AT I HIKE AN AIR ANTENNA TO GET SNOW FROM A MARGINAL STATION TOO FAR AWAY.

I get three CBS channels right now on cable or I would have Satellite. I live in a dead zone but CBS are a bunch of bastards. I simply would but I live on a fringe regional with Sioux Falls.

Your missing the point and don't understand anti-trust violation.

Exxon(Esso) and Mobile were broken up from Standard oil. It's the 7 sisters that Teddy Roosevelt wrested from Rockefeller.

No. You obviously don't know crap about history or what constitues anti-trust violation.

You want to make an argument or a simple RETARDED insult.

When the NFL controls all channels you will remember my comments. When your paying 7 dollars per gallon to a virtual oligopoly that keeps condensing, into fewer companies, you will remember my comments.

I know YOUR retarded. Try making an argument there dimwit.

What part of I CAN'T GET A LOCAL CBS CHANNEL ON DIRECT TV DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?

Not to mention it would throw even more boxes into the mix. I would still need cable for broadband unless I subscribed to Sat DSL which is three times slower. Your an idiot.

You want to insult me, I can insult right back. Retard.

I wouldn't get a local CBS Channel. What part of that escapes your brilliant arrogance. I could get Sunday ticket...but I HAVE GOTTEN EVERY BRONCO GAME SO FAR THIS YEAR...I'M IN THE REGION. Do you have comprehension skills? I know it's on direct TV. It's a monopoly (direct TV) because there is only one server. That is a outright violation of anti-trust laws and a payoff by Murdoch. By law, there has to be two providers for any communication service. Obviously, Murdoch has bought off the FCC.

You don't know crap.

I don't get this map. It doesn't make any sense that they have included our game, which is at a different time, in the map of all the games at 1:00.

If we're the only late afternoon game that CBS has, you should all be able to watch the game this Sunday unless you only get Fox.

The people that will get to see the Broncos play on CBS won't have an early game on CBS. Since FOX has the double header a CBS market can't play two games.

CBS doesn't have the DH this week. The purple people only get the late game not the early games, vice versa. You get one or the other with CBS. FOX has the DH.....

Looks like a good weekend to try out the TVU player...I think it's a bay area feed...hint, start it early so it has time to buffer. That's how I caught the Rams game in the opener and it wasn't bad.

I get 6 different games total. 4 on Sunday afternoon, one Sunday night, and one on Monday.

Plus the college games. I'm fine as long as some moron doesn't cut the fiber line again on Sunday.

I get Hornheads, Denver, KC, Seattle...whatever...I've allready complained twice about NFL Channel not being aired on Mediacom.

I didn't want it on my porch though, seriously people when they see my TV can't believe it's coming through an antenna, in fact I didnt believe it either until my neighbor showed me his picture from the rabbit ears and I drove straight to best buy and got one myself.

Maybe someone could start another league to combat the NFL and put them out of business?

How is it a vioaltion if they air on both their network and others? Also, they are selling advertising. That is how everyone makes money. If they weren't selling advertising, maybe then there would be an issue.

Just go get DirecTV man. When you do it, shoot me a pm and you could give me a referral.

I put my dish on top of my shop in the back of the property where it isn't in view and ran four leads from the house underground in 2" conduit back to the shop.

My market here doesn't have HD network channels so I just called them up and told them I had a new physical address for my dish (I found by using their search engine for available HD waiver markets) and instantly had all HD network channels.

Quit bitching and get DirecTv if you want to see all the games every week in glorious High Definition. You also get RedZone which shows games where any team gets in the redzone. Also, you get Game Mix which shows every game on one screen.

BTW, DirecTv losses money on NFL Sunday Ticket.

Here's what peeved me last weekend: CBS showed the early game, HOU @ NYG, with the DEN @ PIT game scheduled for the late game. During the early game, I kept hopling it would get over quickly so as to not interfere with the start of the Broncos game. Sure enough, the Giants game finishes early, a few minutes before 4pm Eastern. Since the Broncos don't kick off unil 4:15, there's a few minutes to kill, so CBS goes to the MIA @ CHI game, even though the game itself is a lost cause, and had long since been decided. I wait, wait, wait... 4:15 comes and goes, and here we are, still watching the Phins-Bears game, including commercials, and a coaches challenge, i.e. standing around doing nothing. They didn't switch from that game to the Broncos game until about 4:25 or so, just in time to watch the Broncos first offensive drive, after the kickoff and after PIT had already had their first drive (including a Broncos sack? or so I heard).

So basically, I missed the first 10-15 minutes of the Broncos game so that we could watch the end of a game that was never scheduled to be on, and that long since ceased to be competitive. Good. God. I was about to headbutt the TV, I think. What could they possibly be thinking? OK, I just had to get that off my chest.

If you go to this link you can download the TVU Player, which I believe carries TV channels from the San Fran area. I am watching the TVU CBS feed right now, and there is not a football game on which means the Raiders-Broncos should be on later. Hopefully it works!
