What in the world?!?!?!

So I've been following the results on http://sbe.vipnet.org/ during my downtime at work. As I posted elsewhere at one point the results where:

Current results with 99.88% (2440 out of 2443 precincts) reporting

1,173,160 Webb
1,165,753 Allen
=======
7,407 differential


NOW after a refresh the results are MUCH different:

1,173,732 Webb
1,166,382 Allen
-----------
7350 differential

But get this, this is only with 2458 of 2599 (94.57%) of the precincts reporting? So the number of precincts jumped from 2443 to 2599?!?!?! Does Virginia even know how many precincts they have?

This is so damn frusturating...

They are starting to enter the absentee ballots. which are consider Precincts. Last night, they weren't counting them.

You just need to dig deeper.
