Who would you rather have as your QB, Sexy Rexy or Jake?
Chicago fans are calling in droves on talk radio wanting Rex benched if he underperforms again. They actully want SOB or Orton to come in as a relief QB to close out a game. The same type of calls surfaced after the Cardinal win on Monday night. I find it odd coming from a 7-1 team but Rex did have a 4 turn over day. I would have been more worried about Ronnie Brown putting up 157 yards rushing on their D but that is me.
Both QB's can be very inconsistent. Rex has the size disadvantage. Neither can handle pressure from the middle of pocket.
Rex is only 5'11" & not as Moblie as Jake, plus he snaps like a twig every year.
Jake seems to be on up swing while Rex on down swing & Rex's Deep threat is out 2-4 weeks with sore ribs.
Just curious.

Rex has more commercials. He's gotta be good.

I'm a donkey and didn't read the question. I voted based on which QB I prefer :hitself: :hitself:

Seriously, if everyone here thought this place melted down the last 8 weeks over Jake, you should be in Chi-town listening to the idots on the radio who think Rex has to go.
You are right at least we have Jay to look forward to. They have SOB & Orton! LOL

BTW I think they are the same type of choke artist. Their ineptitude & big plays end up canceling each other out so to me it ends up in a draw.

Why not a poll with jake vs Ryan Leaf? Jake vs Phillip Rivers? Jake vs Godzilla? Jake vs a Tranny? The list could go on but why bother?

The poll originaly said "Which QB?" and then you changed it to "which is worse?"
That's pretty slimy, if you ask me.

I'm not sure what this poll is even about.
Give me 6 games of T-Rex and Two from Good Jake and we might be 8-0.
Honestly, we were so damn close to winning that Indy game it was insane.
Ugg.
Grossman has hit a wall but will rebound I think. I don't really care, the HornHeads are just fighting for a wildcard anyway.

Of course Jake. Duh.
But I'd like to see Orton make a re-emergence and do well. I hugged him once while he was at Purdue. Better yet, he hugged me back.

Rex has mobility, I've seen quite a few Bears games. People forget he is basically a rook and has only 15 starts under his belt. A warning to all the Cutler beamers...play a rook, this is what you get. Up and down, up and down...Grossman's fundamentals are sloppy right now. Whoever the qb coach is, they need to get ahold of him. But when he's on, the guy can score with anybody.
Jake is a 10 year vet who has certain strengths and weaknesses. He continues to make the same mistakes. I'm not sure what the comparison is here.
