This will be a tough one. Fortunately it appears that our offense is getting things going. Their defense is playing well and we'll be on the road. I just hope our injuries don't have us so dinged up that they make a game of this. They've been able to keep teams close all year and we let them hang around last time we played them. I don't like that we'll be facing an a team that was embarrased on national TV. There is one thing that always has me confident we'll be ready for these games...

Stevens just stood there and took a nutshot on national TV. Actually I give mad props to Stevens for not fighting back, I'm sure he said something to anger Brayton, but by not fighting himself he getsa off scott free.

The steelers were embarassed the week before we played them and that didn't seem to be a problem for the Broncs.

You could argue that we didn't beat the Raiders as badly as we normally do last time, so maybe we have something for them this game.

Here's to Shanahan going 19-5 against the Fade.

I wasn't at the draft either. Think I really wouldve picked Larry frickin Johnson? I get pissed when he gets me 30 points.

Is there really any such thing as Chargers week? Certainly there is a historical basis for hating the raiders, and the chiefs for that matter. But what has SD ever done to merit a "week?" Just because there are in the afc west and are having some current success just doesn't get the blood pumping like it does for choakland.

This game has TRAP written all over it. Banged up unit against team crapper with nothing left to play for but to get a win against their arch-rival. Week before we play SD for the division lead (maybe).

I don't like the sound of this.

Shell is 11-2 vs Shanahan as a head coach. Not a gimme this week. Broncos have to jump out quick and the Raiders will quit, not keep the Raiders in the game like in the first meeting in Denver.

This will be a tough game I would be happy with a 13-3 win personally. Fade's D is pretty good overall, they aren't good at pts per game but I think thats because the O goes 3 and out so much the D spends 3/4 of the game on the field.

Didn't Shell quite being a HC before Shanny was coach of the Broncos?

I know we beat Shell when he was an oline coach for the Falcons

Actually Stevens got fined $10,000 for trying to knee Brayton just before Brayton kneed him.
