Read both of those. I found the FAS.org via the first PDF. Found that this was in the fed registar watch (things on the dockett).

Thanks Josh. It's only going to get worse for joe citizen travelers and have little effect on people bent on doing terrorist acts to the US. I wouldn't mind some of these safe guards if they could actually accomplish making life in the US safer but I doubt these measures will do much good. I wonder how I got on a watch list, Patch maybe?

I'd say having residence in mexico and your frequent travel have some to do with it.

My issue is that, when does it happen that i need to be approved before i can leave the US or reenter?

There have thousands and thousands of people that have a travel profile simular to mine. That can't be it.

Well,

In the second document they tell you, that you can file a FIOA request. But that the dept's don't have to give you any information......
