Hey all...just got an email from the broncos...assuming many of you out there did.

This seems like a good idea. I looked and it seams that the tickets up for sale there are face value plus 10% ticket exchange fee. Interesting. Anyway...it's a new service...I'm curious to see how it goes.

TicketExchange (https://teamexchange.ticketmaster.com/html/eventlist.htmI?l=EN&team=broncos)

Any feedback as this site is used would be greatly appreciated.

great for buyers but it is the only team i know that will only let you sell for what you paid for the tickets, it is only credit and they charge you 10%. I dont mind the last two, but to not be able to charge more wont get many buyers an opportunity to get tickets. Ticketmaster has raised prices on top of the price you placed (on other team season tickets like Anaheim Angels) where it priced out buyers than you eat tickets. Better than nothing if you eat em but i just dont see many sellers at this deal. IMO

For season ticket holders the only benefit to sell them this way is you are not responsible if someone gets in a fight ect ... in your seats. If you sell them privately on ebay and they find out they will pull your seasons or if you sell them to someone on your own and they get in trouble (while sitting in them)you are respnsible and they will pull your seasons. I look occasionally if someone is looking for an extra ticket. The only time I see tickets listed is a day or 2 ahead of time if the weather forcast is for heavy rains ect... In fact they had originally forcast the game with the Broncos to be for heavy downpours and I saw that tickets for that game were available. But if for instance I picked a pair for AK and he wears his pimp suit and he gets in a scuffle with a Pats fan I am responsible since I bought them for him.

the "you are responsible for who you sell your seats to" makes since except in one instance that i noticed. If the Chargers are sponsors of stubhub and probably make money on the transactions or a cut for advertising said product, they are promoting the transactions to unknown buyers. Therefore, I cannot see a court upholding their rules. I would just prove that they indeed benefit from unknown buyer seller transactions.
