Are these for real.

I have three questions are the bonuses included and how? Also are these even accurate?

Gotta be total salary (base and bonuses)

Tatum will be holding out this off-season. At least he should if he knows what's good for him.

Champ Bailey $13,507,625 is a **** load not that we aren't getting our moneys worth.

Total bullshiat.

Champ:

2005 Broncos $ 540,000 $ 12,460,000 $ 507,625 $ 13,507,625 $ 3,339,625 CB
2004 Broncos $ 1,000,000 $ 6,000,000 $ 509,150 $ 7,509,150 $ 2,509,150 CB
2003 Redskins $ 2,003,000 $ 0 $ 100,000 $ 2,103,000 $ 4,107,666 CB
2002 Redskins $ 450,000 $ 1,219,000 $ 0 $ 1,669,000 $ 2,454,666 CB
2001 Redskins $ 389,000 $ 746,000 $ 100,000 $ 1,884,166 $ 1,884,166 CB
2000 Redskins $ 275,000 $ 1,146,500 $ 100,000 $ 1,521,500 $ 1,521,500 CB

Champs cap hit is 3.3 million.

It's not a mystery why it's literally impossible to determine players pro rated salaries. The NFLPA won't ever account for signing bonuses...then you have idiots that lump the signing bonus into the salary.

Plummer:
Year Team Base Salary Sign Bonus Other Bonus Total Salary Cap Value Position
2005 Broncos $ 665,000 $ 6,760,000 $ 205,200 $ 7,630,200 $ 3,222,200 QB
2004 Broncos $ 660,000 $ 0 $ 8,650 $ 668,650 $ 1,668,650 QB
2003 Broncos $ 530,000 $ 7,000,000 $ 10,300 $ 7,540,300 $ 1,540,300 QB
2002 Cardinals $ 5,700,000 $ 0 $ 37,500 $ 5,737,500 $ 8,679,899 QB
2001 Cardinals $ 4,000,000 $ 0 $ 320 $ 6,980,219 $ 6,980,219 QB
2000 Cardinals $ 3,000,000 $ 2,942,400 $ 300 $ 5,942,700 $ 5,972,700 QB

Now it takes a rocket scientist to figure out the cap numbers, but I'm pretty sure signing bonuses are pro rated unless the player is traded or released.

I've been trying to figure out cap numbers for about 5 years. I don't know is anyone can get a handle on them.

I know that the NFLPA doesn't like to list signing bonuses...so they can distort things. I also know that there is an incredible disparity of income in the NFL.

This has to be wrong. I wonder if it isn't just base salaries. Portis was the highest paid running back in the league at the time he signed with the skins.

watermock

Some idiot put that together.

Portis banked something like 13 million in SB...but it's PRO RATED...

Javon Walker: $515,000

Only is base salary is over $1m.

The guy's base is $5.5M alone, his cap number is a bit higher than $3.3M.

They quoted Walker's base from 05, they did the same with a number of players including Jason Elam.

Coleman was on the team last year so it's not out of the question that he is on this years payroll.

The orange mane should make up its own salary list. I’ll start it, the whole KC defense must be worth 2 bucks how should we divvy it up?

If Tatum wants a disproportionate amount of money then just trade him while he's at peak value and draft another starter. Hopefully, if he does want a re-done contract, his demands will be reasonable.

Still, if he continues at this pace it's only one good year. I like Tatum, but if he goes all Portis on us then I have no problem with trading him for a high first day pick.

I heard he wants a 74 million dollar signing bonus...

Looks like time to dig into the second day bin next April. Ha!

My guess is he gets a lifetime pass to Subway and free pet vaccinations.

Oh...and about 35 million over 6 years.

If we paid Tatum top 20 or top 15 money to say a bronco that would be smart. But I think that if it started to creep into top 10 top 5 money I think that would be a mistake. The thing is knowing Tatums personality he'll ask to be paid the best and this will open the door for a trade to a place like the Green Bay that need will need a RB after they go make a massive youth movment and we get there 1st or 2nd and Aaron Kampman.

Jake Plummer $7,630,200

That's a cool million Bowlen is paying per interception so far.

Looks like the rest in the next 10 games will be freebies.
