Noticed that Nate Jackson played most of the game. Anyone know why? Is he hurt or struggling with the offense?

Whatever the case is, it seems like he peeked in the preseason. He looks completely unathletic out there. I wonder what happened to him? Maybe he was juiced up and took about 50 greenies before the combine and produced all those amazing numbers.

He also missed some of Thursday and all of Fridays practice due to his grandmothers funeral. So Nate had more reps in this game plan and Scheff is having enough rookie challenges digesting each weeks new game plan as it is.

However I still remember John Lynch in an interview saying that after the minicamp he thought the Broncos had missed in drafting Scheff, but was surprised that once camp and preseason came he just kept making plays (mostly with Cutler)!

Either he needs the more accurate Cutler to get in gear and keep his confidence up or perhaps he has some maturity issues and tightens up too much when things arent going well. Hopefully, its the former and not the later.
