1. Champ Bailey versus Steve Smith.
Smith had 8 catches, 189yards, and a TD against BAL when he was healthy.
Damn, that would be a great game to watch.
List your favorite matchups to see in this thread.
2. Julius Peppers versus Walter Jones the Rematch. Jones kicked his ass in SEA last year without Jenkins and Kemoteau.
3. Urlacher versus LT. Would LT be able to beat Urlacher on a consistent basis?

Steve Smith can't be covered. Champ would need help.

Come on bob, that's been done more than Rocky and Police Academy remakes.
Of course, since KC is fresh out of elite level players, that may be for the best in that market anyway ;D

Forget if it was somewhere online or on tv but the other day that question was asked. Who would come out on top between Champ and Smith? The person said that eventhough Smith would get his fair share of balls Champ would win that battle the majority of the time.

1. Champ Bailey versus Steve Smith.
Well, Seattle completely shutdown Steve Smith...with Marcus Trufant and two run safeties. Just goes to show what a pass rush can do for a defense.
2. Julius Peppers versus Walter Jones the Rematch. Jones kicked his ass in SEA last year without Jenkins and Kemoteau.
Gotta give some credit to Sean Locklear too...one of the best young RT's in the game today.
Big Walt hasn't been the same this year though. Rumor has it he's got a bad ankle...
For me:
DeAngelo Hall vs. Darrell Jackson/Marvin Harrison/Deion Branch/Steve Smith
-I'd like to see that loudmouth get his ass burned again (and again) by quick, precise route-running wideouts. DJack, Branch, and Smith have already toasted "da greatest corna in da league" (Irvin speak), so it will be double the pleasure...
Joey Porter vs. Walter Jones/Sean Locklear
-Dominate Porter AGAIN. Merriman would also be interesting...
Urlacher vs. anybody
-Good lord, that man was a monster on Monday night. There was one play where he literally decleated Zona's RG on a pull to the weakside.
Tatupu vs. Peyton Manning
-I love watching Tatupu make his pre-snap calls and I love watching him read-and-react. I couldn't believe how smart he played, regardless of his rookie status.
Hasselbeck vs. Bears (rematch)
-That was a horrific game marred by 3 or 4 horrible, game-changing decisions by Hasselbeck. Seattle's very capable of playing better than that...I want to see the rematch of one of the NFC's most explosive offenses against Chicago's D.

Pittsburgh is gonna win that game going away because of that exact complete mismatch. Vick is gonna be hurting after this one.
The game i want to see is Carolina vs Cinnci.
i took a pretty large bet on Carolina + 3 with a friend

Those two bolded are the ones that I really want to see. I think if both Champ and Steve were healthy then Champ would win more than lose simply because Steve doesn't have to size to block out larger cornerbacks. Steve relies a lot on his speed, agility, and precise route running to win his matchups, but I think Champ can take him.
Urlacher vs. LT is an interesting matchup. If it was just them one on one, I give the edge to LT simply because he not only jukes well but he's a lot stronger than people give him credit for (the NE game last year comes to mind). He could overpower a lot of people. Unfortunately, his career would probably end by the fourth game if he did it on a consistent basis. Also nowadays he seems to opting to go out of bounds more than take the hit. It comes with old age I guess.

Maybe it's just me. I know Urlacher is a big, bad linebacker. Being a Broncos fan though I just remember when Urlacher was in Denver and he tried putting a hit on Portis and Portis just ran him over and almost looked like Urlacher went limp from the hit. It was kind of funny seeing Portis just own Urlacher 1 on 1.

I reconsider, I want any match up when Big Bad ASS LB goes one on one with RB in the hole on 4-1 on the goal line for the game. Must have significant popping sound when the two meet up.
