Hermdinger,Holdin back, or Jake w/ no Kubiac

Our offense sucks, its no secret but many speculate as to why it does.
I believe our offensive woes are due to a combination of of things.
Shanny may be holding back the "O" selectively, using as little of the play book as possible but i dont think so.
What kind of effect has Hermdinger REALLY had on our "O"? I dont think Him and Jake are on the same page anyways.
Jake has never really been a QB who was known for his grasp of the playbook, & w/ Kubiac being a Qb guru also gone, maybe Jake just cant put it together w/out Kubes. Ya Ya Ya, he's done almost nothing but win here but with the teams he's played on, about 85% of starting Qb's out there could have produced the same results or even better. I hope & pray every game that Jake has a equipment malfunction or gets ejected from the game for flipping the crowd the bird again, so The Kid can get his damn shot and Give our "O" the Spark it needs.

The Offense will get better, with Jake playing like crap, the OL not showing up for game 1, and with all the new faces, it will take a little time.

“Since I’m involved with that, it’s the same thing as before. It’s always tough to lose coaches, especially great coaches like Gary. But I think Mike [Heimerdinger] has done a great job. I’m still involved. Rick Dennison, our offensive line coach, is here. Bobby Turner is here. Last year, we started off slow for some reason.

On if there is any correlation between the loss of Offensive Coordinator Gary Kubiak and the offense’s performance so far this season
“Gary is a great coach and it is always tough when you lose coaches, there is no question about it. We are doing the same things that we have been doing.
