I have been offered Tatum and Frank Gore for Westbrook. I am tempted because I am beginning to think Tatum's on the verge of a big season (he's got to get in the endzone eventually plus I have Mikey Bell on the bench) and because my number 2 RB spot is suspect - alternating between Addai and Marroney, based on match-up. Is it pure homerism that I am considering this trade?

I would make the trade. Gore is having some ball handling issues as of late and without a Strong passing game from Denver Tatum wont be able to put up bigtime numbers. But, then again Denver is going to hit a stretch of bad teams with poor run defenses. But i honestly think in the long run Westbrook will give you good numbers from week to week. I would do it.

I wouldn't even think twice about it. Gore has fumbled a bit this season and Bell hasn't scored a TD yet but Westbrook is always injury prone and never had a season of rushing over 1000yds, while Gore and Bell are both on pace right now for close to 1600yds each. Gore also catches the ball out of the backfield so you won't be losing that much in that area as well. Take the deal.

Westbrook was a monster for e the first 2 weeks. I went 2-0. He did not play in the Monday Night game against GB. That cost me the win. He has been battling a new injury(swollen). 0-3 since.
I think Bell and Gore in the long run give u more flexibility. Tatum will come around with some TDs and he will get the yards. Gore was ok the first 2 weeks.
injuries are killing me
