I saved mine from USA Today, Abuquerque Journal, and the Roswell Daily Record. Both Super Bowl wins.

So what did you save?

I saved the USA Today clippings. What I'm most proud of is the 1997 and 1998 NFL preview magazines (sporting news) where Denver was not treated as a contender, even after the first SB win.

Somewhere I still have the front page of the Rocky Mountain News every week of the 1977 season. I used to put them up on the den wall every Monday. Maybe I should be doing that every season.

I have the Denver Post, Rocky Mountain from both. Have both from before and after the first SB, and both Sports Illustrated after and the one before the second SB with Shannon Sharpe on the cover. It was a semi curse as he got hurt in that SB (the Pack were on the cover the week before the first). I also have 3 pre season mags from each season and yes, we were not picked in any to be a contender after winning the first SB. I love to read them.

One of my favorite mag articles I have saved though is the one by Rick Reilly in SI about Elway just before they lost to the Jags. All of these are saved along with my newspapers and mags about President Kennedy's assassination.

I have the New York Newsday entire paper when they won, clippings of their games throughout the playoffs and the SI's. My mother used to work with someone who went to the Super Bowl or was involved with the Super Bowl in some shape so I also have both programs. As well as the following year's with the Rams vs. Titans but that one isn't as special of course.

All of the Australian newspapers.. and the SI's and various mags that we'd get here occasionally.

plus the sports scores summary section in the Sydney Morning Herald, which was a symbolic moment, as that was my main method for getting the score from each week, until around 1994 we we started getting live reg season games here. Previous to then, I would check the paper every Tuesday morning to find out if the Broncos had won, and then watch a 90 min show at 11 that evening to see footage from 8 days earlier.

Needless to say, I appreciate the internets.

I have a whole bunch. I started saving the clippings in 1984. From the superbowl years I have the Denver post, and a bunch of others like Sporting News, Pro football weekly ect...

I also have every Sports Illustrated where a Bronco is on the cover going all the way back to 1977 when Barney Chavous was on it. I also have the 1977 Time magazine where the Broncos and Cowboys made the cover.

Let's not even get started on my Bronco license plates!!!

I have the whole paper. My Dad saved it and I took it when he died.

When I first read that I was like "damn, sounds like he was waiting for the old man to kick it and take his Bronco goodies."

I'm pretty sure that wasn't the case, that's just the first thought that came to mind. I'm sure your pops would want a true Bronco fan to want his Bronco goodies.
