But Quitterson has 1000 yard seasons.

Besides, what does Brent know? He only covers college games.

Dwayne Jarrett is pretty good. I don't know anything about any of their other receivers.

Yeah, but was going up against some pretty lame corners from my Huskers. We're pretty far down the depth chart at that position.

Steve Smith and Patrick Turner are probably better as well...:giggle:

Still, I want to agree with Musberger, I watched the game & those wideouts looked real good. Nebraska's front seven looked real tough, though. Held USC to only 28 points.

I was watching that game!!...lmao....i saw that too!!.....im no chiefs fan ...but the raiders would hang 50 points on the trojans......the chiefs would hang 60......and if denver played them they would call the game in the second quarter because football scoreboards dont go into triple digits.

USC is only gonna get better. Nebraska really couldn't do anything on offense.

It wasn't too bad a game. We started to get some rhythm passing the ball and that opened up the running game some, but a turnover and missed oppourtunities on defense killed us.

USC is only gonna get better.

Not after they are put on probation and stripped of scholarships. It is now only a matter of time. It's about ****ing time too.

I'll admit that I don't know much about that situation, but you sure keep hearing alot of rumors about it.

Yeah, USC is going to get slammed, it sounds like. They won't be going to a Bowl game for a year or two.

Pac-10 looked pretty good today, if you get past the refs helpin' Oregon.

Just wondering, where is all this news about USC getting in trouble? I haven't heard it, but I haven't been paying too much attention either.

ESPN College Gameday, only when they talked about the USC vs Nebraska game. It was also in the K.C. Star a couple of times last week. The whole thing supposedly was started on an Internet tip, College Gameday said.

Interesting, I'll have to check it out.

The article in the K.C. Star was kind of buried deep in the sports section, I think the Friday edition. If I remember right, they mentioned the internet tip-off also.

K.C. Star sports section disscussed the W. Roaf story and T. Green story all week long. Carl Peterson is catching a lot of flack over Roaf. Jason Whitlock said in his article that Peterson kept putting too much pressure on Roaf to stay, and inadvertantly pushed Roaf into retirement. "No One Tells me what to do." Willie Roaf.

Yes, more turmoil in K.C. Larry Johnson won't get 100 every game without Roaf, and whoever K.C. has at QB is going to eat a lot of dirt.
