Conyers is one of the farthest-Left members of Congress, so take what he says with a grain of salt.
I'd like to see Conyers apply the same standard to his fellow Congresscritters as he does to Bush - he never will, however, since that would point to the sins of his branch of the government.

Holy crap! Members of the Bush Administration have been convicted of all that?! Get rid of them immediately! Why aren't they all doing time? This is an outrage!
Oh. My fault. No convictions, just Conyers' opinion. I'll have to wait for the convictions, I guess.

Pesky things called trials ..... Watch Matlock or Boston legal , realy get you caught up ...... Now the more complex issue is the right has control , so there wont be any hearings or trials ........... Though your answer was the easy way out , it is certianly flawed .....

Lets be honesy here the conjectures brought about by Mr. Conyers are little more than figment of his imagination. If there were honestly a goodly amount of evidence to support any or all of these accusations they wouldn't be accusations but "CHARGES". BS the whole thing. This shouldn't even be on this board. Shame on the mods for turning a blind eye to LAFB

you realize you are splitting hairs here right ? Accused , Charged ....... same difference ....DOT Accused me of having my windows on my 18 wheeler to dark .... I had to present my case to a Judge ....... DOT in Wyoming Charged me for being overweight on my drivers , same thing , I had to present my case to a Judge ........... So perhaps it is you that should reread

The flaw in your "reasoning" here is that you are confusing immunity from prosecution with innocense.
Convictions or no convictions, Bush still broke the laws cited in the report.
Thanks to the fact that the Corrupt Old Party controls both houses, Bush currently enjoys immunity from prosecution.

Lets be honesy(sic) here the conjectures brought about by Mr. Conyers are little more than figment of his imagination.
Either you've been living under a rock, or you simply have no clue what you're talking about.
The highest court in the land recently supported Conyers' findings re: some of Bush's violations under the second heading, viz., improper detention, torture, and other inhumane treatment.
If there were honestly a goodly amount of evidence to support any or all of these accusations they wouldn't be accusations but "CHARGES".
Strike two.
The reason Bush isn't being charged with these crimes has nothing to do with lack of evidence and everything to do with the Corrupt Old Party controlling both houses.
BS the whole thing. This shouldn't even be on this board. Shame on the mods for turning a blind eye to LAFB

Uninformed and/or willfully ignorant Nazis like you who want to ban anyone who confronts you with inconvenient facts make me truly afraid for the future of this country.

Hilarious!
Let me guess: this decision was just a figment of our collective imagination too?
NSA eavesdropping program ruled unconstitutional. . . and ordered to cease immediately.

I wish I could share your optimism, but last I checked, the rethugs still owned the means of casting and counting the votes, and the Dems were still trying their hardest to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
