This thing is an absolute joke. I couldn't see a Rooster in a hen house. Three weeks later in a dirty environment, it had nothing but some stick gum. I'm in a very ditry environment. For that thing to not have a bunch of dust on it proved to me it was worthless.

I bought a couple Orects for 588 and I get some sort of free gifts. One is a mini vack. My point is don't buy this crap, it simply doesn't work. It's garbage.

Seeing roosters? Stick gum? ... the only part I understand is that you live in a dirty environment :~ohyah!: ... but I do need some info.

You're talking about the "Ionic Breeze"? My gf keeps wanting to buy one and has almost won the day. So when you sober up, if you have any serious info on the topic, plz advise so I can save the 300 bucks.

Well it hasn't done dick.

It has made some gum from smoke gum but not much. It's worthless. I bought an Oreck.

My fan catches more dust. I'm dead serious.

Are you still celebrating your 47, Mocky?? I didn't notice a Happy Birthday thread for you. A belated shout out to you, bro!

You don't celebrate after 30 at 40 you dread them. At 47 you wonder if you will last the Cutler era, especially the way I have ridden this body like a cheap mule.

They offered me a second Oreck for half price so the damn things better work better than that over priced Ionic Beeze. Trust me, if it can't get dirty in this room it isn't looking. My opinion of the IONIC BREEZE is that it's complete junk. Over hyped and over priced.

Two Oreck's were 588 but I get a free little dust broom. Ha! They do actually have a rotary fan (more efficient and quiet) It's like a steam wheel, a horizontal fan that is used in many applications for it's efficiency, and the unit has 5 elements. I am a salesman so I'm an easy sell once I want it. I'm also incredibly impulsive. I couldnt get even a smudge off that Ionic Breeze after 3 weeks.

If you do some reasearch you'll find that Ionic air purifiers are actually quite bad for you

Because they create negative Ions?

Because anyone that has to listen to that sales lady on their infomercial talk will shoot themselves in the head with a revolver.

They increase indoor ozone levels and that can cause respiratory problems in some people.
