Hello fellow Bronco fans, I need a little help. I am assuming that our boys get back on track and they will be in the mood to sign autographs this Sunday after the game.

Would someone please remind me where to go, and tell me about how long I will have to wait to see the players leave the stadium? I have my three boys with me and they would love to get an autograph.

If you have any hints on the best way to get an autograph, I would appreciate the tip.

Go to Dove Valley on Friday afternoon, wait by the gate.

Prior to the game, on the south side of the stadium, you can stand around where they players park and enter the stadium. Not a big autograph guy myself, but I know I see crap load of people over there every week.

or you can go get drunk with Jake at Earls.

All I want to know is if, and I'll be damned if I can rember who it was, if they got Ian Gold to sign that sweet pic of him flipping off Eddie "I Quit" Kennison

What AK said....get there 3 hours early....but, if you want the big guys sigs...Jake, Coach, etc....get there 4 hours before hand. Find a spot close to the entrance of the parking lot and don't be afraid to ask. (If you have a kid, that's even better). Typically the best side to stand on is the side that is on the left if you are facing the stadium. Some of them will sign then, some won't. Don't be dissappointed if they don't...most will tell you they will sign after the game. So, then you must wait till after the game when they leave.

There will be TONS of people that build up about 2 hours prior to game time. It's a lot of fun if it's your first game at Invesco! We did it the first time and it was great, got a few sigs.

I'm just curious as to why people are nuts about autographs?

Pieces 'O history.

I like collecting stuff. Autographs from my favorite team are pretty cool. I have actually built a case on my wall at home that started off with a signed Elway, then I put shelves in it and have mini helmets, photos, and McFarlane figures of the team. I put tickets stubs, pom poms, coasters and other stuff I take from any home game. It's actually pretty cool if you are a Broncos fan.

They do not sign before the games. You have to go after the games, usually 20-40 min after. Rod always signs win or loose. Pick a spot & hope they come to your area. Just don't call out their name & get it wrong. I can't tell 1/2 of them with out their jersey's so I just hold what ever I have out like a hat or program & wait to see after they sign.

One year I went before the game & got the $200 Rod Smith Jersey at the bronco store then after the game I held it up & yelled "Hey Rod Please sign my Jersey, it is #80" & he came over & signed it nice. It is framed now.

Good luck.

I never had any luck before the games. Glad you guys did though!

Im with ya. Id rather go out and have a beer with one of them than ask for a stupid autograph.

JMO though. No offense to anyone who likes that sort of thing.

I have a buddy that thinks it is the dumbest thing in the world & thinks it is a waste of time. If I run into them at a game I ask for it but don't go off writting letters. I would feel like I was imposing on a guy if I ran into them outside the stadium unless they broke the ice 1st.

I bought the Rod jersey intending to wear it & had to retire it for show after he signed it.

I don't understand the deal with sports autographs (I've got a few, but I never worked to get any). Signed first editions on the other hand... ;D

I used to be a huge autograph collector when I was younger growing up, it was my hobby. To me, it was fun, getting to meet athletes and collecting an autograph I can share with others.
As for getting autographs, nothing is more embarassing than getting the name wrong. Thankfully, Champ, Jake, Lynch and Rod are pretty easy to spot. Champ though is not a big fan of signing. He has been my favorite player since he got drafted back in 1999, and when the Skins came here, I had an authentic Champ jersey, and he glanced over but never signed. And this was at the stadium.

Also, I bet a lot of people will ask why the heck would you do that, but by mentioning I was a big auto hound, I mean I was big because I would wait at team hotels for the players to leave for the stadium. I only did this with baseball teams, not for others.
