Before I started this thread Dailey had his team in position to take the lead, then he returned to form and tossed a pick.

Sloppy game all the way around. Garcia - your team should be whopping that basketball school. Gonna need to tighten up to be a factor this year.

Misery looks like a fiesty team - the kind of team that could be 500 but still pull some crazy upset.

It's not broadcast here but Louisville is really putting on a show agianst Temple without Bush.

Michigan is going to run for a lot of yards behind the OT, Jake Long this year. They may surprise everyone who thinks they will tank this year.

Not surprised Rutgers is beating Illinois. Just shocked how terrible Illinois looks. They have had three decent recruiting years but look like a HS team.

Our NC State homers can't be very happy either. Penn St. toyed with Akron last week and are really making a game of it in Raleigh.

Akron wins on the last play gamble. They'll be drowning their sorrows in Rahliegh tonight. Coach better stay out of sight.

Washington leads OK two minutes into the game on a 54 yard run. OK doesn't want to get inot a catch up game.

The ACC is an awful football conference this year. There are a couple of great defenses and a bunch of terrible teams like Wake Forest, Duke, UNC, and NC State.

Willingham is going to have Washington back in the hunt in the PAC10 in a couple of years. They are playing OK tough

Offensively...we are just not aggressive enough...we've got great receivers but nobody knows bwcause we don't go down field enough. It's going to kill us against Miami...and if we're lucky FSU

I dont think Virginia is going to fair much better this year. UMD may be ok but they looked sloppy against their opening opponent was well.

BC and Clemson can't decide on who would rather win

Florida State is losing to Troy 3-0 late in the second quarter.

Virginia had to go to OT to beat a below average MWC Wyoming team, at home no less.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Larry Coker's team lose to Florida A&M.

Well...if this keeps up...I like Hokies slim chance to win the ACC.

Miami at least came to play as opposed to Florida St. Troy almost stole one from them today. And yea, Virginia is giong to get smacked around this year.

Miami at least came to play as opposed to Florida St. Troy almost stole one from them today. And yea, Virginia is giong to get smacked around this year.Troy is much better than FAMU, though.

Miami did get encouraging news that true freshman Javarris James, Edge's cousin, looks like the real deal. He's got that natural cut back ability that we saw with Terrell Davis in the 90's. He looks so much like Edge with that #5 it's kind of scary.

The ACC is wide open. FSU has the easiest road to Jacksonville with no VT or GT on their schedule. Boston College is their only competition it seems from the Atlantic Division.

In the Coastal Division it's a three team race between Miami, Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech. Miami's already at a disadvantage with the loss to FSU, who neither VT or GT have to play (as previously stated :wiggle: ).

The names of the two ACC divisions are stupid. Couldn't they have thought of something different than atlantic and coastal? It means the same thing. Tallahasse is neither on the coast or the Atlantic. It should have been north and south with Miami, FSU and Georgia Tech highlighting one division and VT, Boston College and Clemson the other.

And now that 3 of the major 6 conferences are playing championship games, the Pac 10, Big 10 and Big East need to follow suit. You can pencil in Ohio State and USC in the BCS Championship right now. The SEC is going to cannibalize itself with LSU, Georgia, Florida, Auburn and Tennessee. The Pac 10 is garbage after the Trojans.
