I've been watching football today, and have been impressed with some of the young up and coming guns in college football...The guy's i'd love to see in a Broncos uni:
1) Calvin Johnson WR - Gtech
2) John Wendling S - Wyoming (safety of the future...2nd pick, that can run and hit!!!)
3) Albert Young RB - Iowa - looks like the real deal..
4) Ted Gin & Juice.. speed speed speed
5) Adrian Peterson..pipe dream..but man would he look good behind our line.
Who impressed you today??? Who do you want to see on the Broncos??

You can forget about Peterson & Johnson, they could both be taken in the top 5.
I liked what I saw from Justin Harrell, DT Tennessee. He was tearing up the interior of Cal's O-line.

Calvin Johnson is the TRUTH. 6'5", 238, sub 4.4 40 and supposedly a 45 inch vertical...the TO/Moss hybrid model is abusing the ND Irish...he looks like a man among boys.
Shanny? ;D

Heck ya we can forget about Calvin the Cat and Adrian Peterson, but who cares, its Sept. and we're having fun.. I just want to hear everyone's thoughts about the college guys they saw. I know personally when I watch a game, I'm always thinking about how they'd do in our system....I agree Calvin will be gone early they way he is looking tonight but who knows, we may trade up into the early 1st round again....who would've guessed we would've selected Jay..??

Jeff Samardzija is gonna be a very solid #2 receiver in the NFL if he doesn't choose to play pro baseball instead. He has possession receiver written all over him and that's not a bad thing at all. He seems to catch everything thrown his way.

I also want to say that Marshawn Lynch doesn't look as though he'd be a very good fit here. He's talented, but he dances too much. I could see Bobby Turner screaming at him a lot.

Sorry. I was being a smartass. He's the QB for CU that went 8 for 23 today in the Buffs' loss to I-AA Montana State.

yeah samardzija is a more athletic easy Ed..I was surprised by the year he had last year. He reminds me a lot of Matt Jones..

Zbikowski is the best player on ND's team. We gotta draft him.

Adam Carriker - defensive end for Nebraska. He's a beast as a pass rusher!

calvin johnson would be amazing, we dont have a need for a receiver(marshall has his size and is like a mini-calvin johnson). this draft will have a lot of new era players, specimens like calvin johnson, adrian peterson, ted ginn, marshawn lynch, sidney rice, michael bush, etc, even mason crosby. a lot of receivers in this draft, i think we have to go DLine tho unless we make one or two big moves in FA. the class is so deep too, guys like jason hill from WSU or paul williams from fresno st. to guys like limas sweed or rhema mcknight. its ridiculous, especially compared to this year. if i were a guy like sidney rice, id consider waiting another year.
i think okam or crowder could work for us, also impressive IMO was lamaar woodley from michigan.
