Ok, my pride doesn't really allow me to ask for fantasy help, as I like to make all those decisions myself; however, with the situation I'm in I figured I'd ask for some feedback. I have three QBs - Mark Brunell, Jake Plummer, Phillip Rivers - on my squad to choose from as my starter. The way my draft was going I chose not to select a quarterback until the 13th round, because when I was ready to draft a QB by the 6th or 7th round there was nobody on the board who I felt was worthy of that pick.
So my question: Who would you start?
I figure all things taken into account at this point, all of these guys are on par with each other from a fantasy standpoint. If they can perform at the level I'm expecting them to, then I was going to go with the three headed monster and just choose a starter week-by-week based on match-up. Thoughts?

IMO Id prolly go with the best matchup of Jake & Mark's games. I would wait and see how Rivers is doing say in week 4-7 or so before trusting him.

Your idea seems plausible to start week by week based on performance. Only thing is, if each one of those guys is inconsistent from week to week, then that won't do you much good.
I would start Plummer based on his receiving corps and the fact he won't easily lose his job to a rookie. He is coming off a tremendous year, his best year in the NFL in fact and it wouldn't surprise me to see him carry that streak into this season..
Brunell just scares me as a fantasy QB. He can have flashes of brilliance and then the following week have a meltdown. He is like a rollercoaster ride. (I had him last year, not bad but not great either).
Rivers showed promise early in the preseason and many jumped on board the fantasy bandwagon with him, but lately he seems to be showing zero confidence and looks terrible, definitely not someone you want to open up the season for you...he would be a gamble as well I think.
Your QB options aren't grand but I think Plummer looks the best out of those..
