Please review/critique my most recent draft from yahoo... it should replicate my strategy for the cash league that I am entering: 10 team $100 entrance fee, winner take all. From these results below I was drafting #7 but in the league I am #5. The scoring settings/rules match exactly those of yahoo:

Roster Positions: QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN
Stat Categories: Passing Yards (50 yards per point)
Passing Touchdowns (6)
Interceptions (-2)
Rushing Yards (20 yards per point)
Rushing Touchdowns (6)
Reception Yards (20 yards per point)
Reception Touchdowns (6)
Return Touchdowns (6)
2-Point Conversions (2)
Fumbles Lost (-2)
Offensive Fumble Return TD (6)
Field Goals 0-19 Yards (3)
Field Goals 20-29 Yards (3)
Field Goals 30-39 Yards (3)
Field Goals 40-49 Yards (4)
Field Goals 50+ Yards (5)
Point After Attempt Made (1)
Sack (1)
Interception (2)
Fumble Recovery (2)
Touchdown (6)
Safety (2)
Block Kick (2)
Points Allowed 0 points (10)
Points Allowed 1-6 points (7)
Points Allowed 7-13 points (4)
Points Allowed 14-20 points (1)
Points Allowed 21-27 points (0)
Points Allowed 28-34 points (-1)
Points Allowed 35+ points (-4)

Here are my results:

Round Pick Player Position
1. (7) R. Johnson RB
2. (14) C. Johnson WR
3. (27) C. Chambers WR
4. (34) C. Taylor RB
5. (47) R. Bush RB
6. (54) T. Houshmandzadeh WR
7. (67) D. Mason WR
8. (74) C. Cooley TE
9. (87) M. Bell RB
10. (94) K. Warner QB
11. (107) L. Coles WR
12. (114) H. Miller TE
13. (127) S. McNair QB
14. (134) Tampa Bay DEF
15. (147) J. Wilkins K

Since I will be drafting #5 in the main league I will be left with Peyton, S Jackson, Rudi, Portis, Edge, and Cadilac... Who should I go with? I'm leaning toward Rudi or Edge.

Thanks in advance!

Generally a fairly sound strategy to overload the money positions early. You might find less value in the lower rounds in your money league, though, as the competition figures to be stiffer than you find in the typical Yahoo public league. That being the case, you might see a QB who presents more value in an earlier round. I tend to wait on my QBs, too, but you've got a potential MASH unit on your hands with Warner and McNair under center.

I prefer going RB, RB, WR, QB in the first four rounds....I like Rudi Johnson but if Palmer can't get it going, that is going to lower his value...I picked in the same spot and took cadillac....Your QB's are shaky at best. Neither of them have competed a full season in a while...everything else looks good.
