Heh...would you take in Warren Sapp if he is waived by the Faiders?

I've hated Sapp since his Miami days, but if Shanahan believes Sapp can help the team, I'm all for it.

No. He needed to suck oxygen at sea level when he was in college and getting his butt beat by Nebraskas in the 4th quarter (though he played stellar up until then), imagine the oxygen intake it would take in Denver to keep his fat butt breathing. There wouldn't be enough air left for the rest of us.

Plus, I guy and his mouth like Sapp will kill team chemistry. We have leaders and mouths already, we don't need a has-been coming in and crapping on everything.

Yes I would but only so he could wash all the uniforms and jock straps of course I would only pay him in twinkies.

Man, that is a tough choice.

We need some D-lone help, but Sapp. I am going to wash my hands.

At the moment, anything Shanny says = good decision.

The DTs that are on the Bronco's cut bubble are better than him. Besides, who needs more competition at the buffet table?

Where is the choice:

"No brainless miscreant filth-bucket scum should ever become a Bronco." ?

No, only former Broncos go to the Raiders, not the other way around (except for Shanahan!)

LOL ROFL! ^5

When I lived in Omaha, my next door neighbor had a painting in his living room with Sapp sucking on an oxygen mask while in the background Cory Schlesinger ran for the game winning touchdown. Ha!

Have we not learned from Tony Dorsett, Andre Reed, Robert Brooks, Jerry Rice, Leon Lett and Marco Coleman? Over the hill/Past their prime retreads are a bad idea. Let the Chiefs make the Sapp mistake. Picking up this fat sack of lard would be an act of desperation--and we are not desperate.

No room on the team plane for his fat azz

I just made the poll for amusement.

I just thought him and Rod Smith could become good friends.

I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot electric cattle prod.

I wondered if the Broncos took a look and passed for some reason. He sure takes up a lot of space and would have allowed Warren more freedom.

Sapp?
No way!
If the Faiders cut him then his career must be toast.
No team hangs on to players beyond their 'expiration date' like the Fade.

Sign him for the minimum and get IHOP to get him drunk and beat the crap outta him at an IHOP

Nope. Not even if played free.

I've always thought that Warren had the perfect last name for his personality.

He played well last year when the Faid moved back to the 4-3. He didn't play up to his contract but he played well. If he would sign an incentive contract than I think it would be great. Warren and Sapp playing next to each other could be a very good combo.

I hear he is a big A-hole but I'm not sure. I guess I would ask Lynch and see what he has to say. If I remember right they were friends or at least friendly teammates.

Yeah, Lang and Sapp were college teammates, so that might play into it.

Considering all of the more than serviceable options that have been available ths offseason, I think Shanny is happy with the DTs we have. Otherwise he would have gone after one.

He'd need to drop some of that blubber...it made him barely effective for the Rayduhs last year. Not that he was ever 'small', but Sapp's turned into a big buttaball.

Sapp only played in 10 games last year and in those 10 games he had more sacks than any Bronco. He had 5 sacks. He also had 32 tackles which is very respectable.

I think it comes down to what kind of contract is he looking for.

Look Mock, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since you have no earthly life and accumulate 50,000 posts on a team blog.....BUT, this poll is bogus.

RECOGNIZE... that a GOOD DT is stuck on a BAD team.

So, there is no "Sapp is on a bad team, he'd be good with us" poll selection?

Try again, you low-freakin'-life.
