Reggie Bush is gonna be ridiculous, his spin move, juke move, speed, accel, and elusiveness are off the scale.

Vince Young has awareness of 56, barely has a signal in his brain. Cutler is a 60, still pretty weak. Hopefully they update those with the online rosters. Leinart got a 69 awareness, that's bs. Leinart got a 90 on arm strength...Cutler only a 93.

You might be right. I hope it's for all systems. I got a PS2 and It would add a little more depth to the game.

TJ Houshmadezeh only got a 88 in speed, I don't get that, he's the fastest human I've ever seen. He used to be a friend of mine.

I kind of respect the fact that they took Walkers injury into account for his rating. I hope there are mid season updates incase guys break out, especially running backs.

should be -

most player transactions at X time aren't in effect until a patch is updated - it's some NFLPA rule or something with that (not to mention the deadline for software release)

A few observations:

-Champ Bailey's catching ability is 5 points higher than that of Darius Watts and only 1 point lower than Ashley Lelie, who got a pretty good downgrade for this year.

-Speaking of receivers, until they make an update, our WR's are going to be VERY strong.

1. Rod Smith
2. Javon Walker
3. Ashley Lelie
4. Darius Watts
5. Brandon Marshall

-In a Shotgun-5WR set, i'm going to tear people apart online. Even when Ashley is removed, which might take a while, it is still looking very good.

-Vernon Davis, a tight end, is the fastest offensive player on the entire 49er team with a 92 for speed.

-Jake Plummer is ranked 2 points higher than Brett Favre.

Does anyone know where to find a list of the top players at each position or do i have to do that?

I'm going to love playing with this secondary this year,Champ-99, Lynch-94, Williams-86, Ferguson-86, Foxworth-84. If I'm not mistaken Williams was in the 70's last year so he made a big jump up and Foxworth wasn't even in the game.

i wonder if this means that they will update the 06 rosters soon? Just to hold us over for a little bit.

I can rip through a few franchise seasons in a week if i have to.

The games were probably packaged a month ago. Anything after that is not going to be included. You guys just need to make sure you share any roster updates with us. (ie Mike Bell, the real Brandon Marshall rating)

SportinOne
08-10-2006, 04:34 PM
real Brandon Marshall rating, lol.

that will only come with production, they're not just going to scour the internet, find this website, and then put out a press release saying, "It turns out we were wrong about this Brandon Marshall guy. There is a fan forum called the Orange Mane that is full of members that believe this guy is very similar to Terrell Owens in ability, therefor we are changing his ratings to more closely resemble a "Baby TO", as they call him."

That Cutler THP at 93 is bull****! I'll go into the rosters right before I start a franchise at bump it to a 96. AWR is bull**** too. I'll bump that up to about 69/70. Jakes atts are about right.

Leinart should have more like 87 arm strength, but his awareness is easily 69 or greater. His field vision in college was unbelievable. He found EVERYONE. Probably the most aware quarterback I've seen in college football. I would give Cutler a 95 in arm strength. But his awareness is pretty accurate. Tries to force too many balls, too much of a gunslinger. But hey, if we can get him to tone it down a little...great things await.

Josh Buhl only a FIFTY for Player Awareness?!

That's Bullcrap!
