Madden '07

Ok so I've gotten my fill of NCAA '07 and I am more than ready to play on sundays. So I was wondering what does everyone think the Broncos ratings will be in this year's version of the game. I think they have been getting shafted the last few years i.e. Last year 90 offense, 80 defense, 75 Overall....WTF I realize we had some special team issues but c'mon.

I went to a few Madden boards to see if I can find the ratings. No luck but I did find some delusional fans. In a thread about most underrated teams I found this gem

Also does anyone else get real pissed off that when someone throws deep on Champ and being that he has a 99 Speed rating that he will out run the reciever and the ball. (sorry about the rant)

Offensive line DOMINATES Madden games.

Our's has a high rating, and as such, the Broncos will continue to be good. not to mention, Walker will have a 90+ rating, as will Rod Smith, Bell will be 85+, and Plummer will be 88+...Our offense is solid. The defense is'nt even worth mentioning...did you see the last roster update of 06 on xbl? Gerrard Warren was 88.

Did you guys reserve the game to pick it up at midnight?
I went to the local Gamestop and threw down on the game. I've never bought a game at a special midnight sale. I've played the crap out of madden 06. I haven't lost a head to head battle in over 3 years. Although I get schooled online because I have a lot of lag on my games and so many people cheat. I played in the Madden tourney in Pheonix in '04 and played pretty well. My last game was a comeback in the 4th qtr and had me sweating like crazy. Champ and Rod saved my ass cause Lelie was dropping **** like he does in real life so I had to rely on good ol Rod and MA. Champ made the game saving int in the 4th too. I'd like to get down with some of ya'll when the new **** comes out.

About the Champ overruning the WR.... Yes it pisses me off. Most of the time I click on to the DB to get good position on the WR. Then I might click off to let the cpu take over. Works pretty well. Sometimes I get PA but you can't win the battle everytime.

Thats Madden for you. I hate Madden, but I'm a football fan. So i will buy a copy as that is the only version of NFL interactive entertainment availabe. But i will likely not play it for more than a few minutes before getting sick of the same game I've been playing for the past half decade.
