(Besides SteveTensi and error, that is?)

One of my best buds is a ready mix driver. He and most of his work buddies have nothing but bad things to say about the monkey.

man people result to endless insults to gain post count. Man no wonder I am stuck below 1k. Any how I believe most Americans are really looking forward to 2008. I still refuse to believe that 200+ years can be destory in 8 years yet the next leader must be better. We can't be like Rome who suffered several back to back bad leaders or even like Isreal in the old testament. I only pray that at least two decent candiates come out from primaries.

Maybe it all got lost on that issue a couple of weeks back when the WRP board got out of hand and TJ claim a micro chip and shut down the board for three weeks till cooler heads prevailed. He actually blamed the server people.
Interestingly, our gas costs are up only about 12% this year compared to last, and we haven't made any big changes in our driving habits.
Still irritates me that I blew off getting gas when it was $2.91, had to fill up at $3.08, and then it drops to $3.02 the next day.

I dunno wags, the market shift on people buying hybrids (i mean, i don't drive much unnec. beyond what i have to do) - is a start - most people though won't sacrifice.
**** sacrifice seems to be my middle f'ing name.

In the last year my gas furnance was set at 50 freaking degrees and still had one of the highest bills ever in that residence included the turn on cost and transfer fees yadda yadda. I was miserable. Even now I have the temp set at 85 while away and 75 at nite for about six hours so I can get a nice sleep. If the government was so gun ho on hybrids then hybrids would be in every Americans garage b/c it would be far cheaper to support that tax incentive then the war in Iraq. Even plowing money towards electric cars and other renewable resource home grown. Still would be far cheaper then Middle east politics.

I don't understand why you're complaining:
You're getting the sort of "free market as government" you say you believe is best for the country.

I'm not complaining about high gas prices per se, it was that the price spiked on the day I happened to get a tank.
